Rebecca agreed for us to come around on short notice and having told her, that my dog is nervous when meeting other dogs at first, she was super professional when meeting us with her lovely dog Archie. That prevented any potential issues further down the line and I had no hesitations dropping my dog off, she settled in immediately. There is no doubt Rebecca took excellent care of her - she shared pics and comments and went far beyond what could be expected of a boarder plus her updates were quite funny too. Archie was super patient with having another dog in his territory, I could not have wished for more. I will very happily use Rebecca again!”

With two rooms available, I can separate pets when needed (for stress free settling, feeding, or rest), and I’m happy to do individual walks and follow each pet’s routine closely, adjusting to their behaviour, mood, and energy level. My garden isn’t fully fenced, so any outdoor time at home is always supervised and on lead. I’m also only around 5 minutes from Roding Valley Lakes, which is perfect for regular, calm walks and outdoor breaks. For walks, I keep things safe and structured, and I follow your rules on lead use, walking routes, and greetings with other dogs. I’m happy to start with shorter walks while I learn your dog’s routine. For everyone’s safety, I ask that pets are up to date on flea/worm treatment and that you tell me about any medical needs, separation anxiety, or lead reactivity. I only do off-lead time if you’ve confirmed reliable recall and we’ve agreed suitable locations. I’m happy to do a meet-and-greet. Please share any important details like feeding instructions, quirks, and any medical needs. For dogs, I prefer a meet and greet before the first walk, and I keep dogs on lead unless you’ve confirmed reliable recall and we’ve agreed on suitable locations.

About: We are a family of four and also proud owners of two lovely Cocker spaniels and a Bengal cat. I have had animals all my life, looking after them from puppies and kittens all the way through to old age. My two dogs are very friendly and well-trained, and they love other animals. They will enjoy having another dog to play with. I work from home, and have plenty of time to play with your dog, and they will get lovely long meadow walks twice a day. I have a large fenced garden for play and your dog can happily roam around. When we go for a walks, it is usually over the fields behind our house, which are all beautiful grassed meadows and great for long runs. The downstairs of my house is completely tiled so lovely and cool in the summer and warm in the winter when the underfloor heating goes on. I will accept crate-trained or non-crate-trained dogs, and I am happy for your pet to roam the whole house. I just ask that your dog is fully house trained although we know accidents can happen.

We were kept so well updated throughout her stay with messages, photos, and little details about walks, meals, and how she was settling in. It genuinely felt like Orbit was part of their family rather than just being looked after. She had lovely walks, lots of attention, and a calm, caring home environment.
