While I recently had to make the difficult decision to rehome Axel due to my daughter’s severe eczema, her doctor has recommended frequent, short-term exposure to dogs to help her build up a natural resistance. I raised a kitten in my past relationship and I have a stay cat that I travel to every week and visit to feed her and make sure she’s okay (she’s a street cat with no home but the neighbours don’t wish to take her away from the estate. I have experience cat sitting where I would stay at the house for seven hours, locking up, and then visit the next day. Other times it would be to pop in and out on the same day, and I have also done overnight stays where I look after your pet whilst making sure the house stays nice and tidy. Am happy to follow any weird or odd routine your pet may have (mine has to eat out of a plastic bowl whilst I tell him he’s bother is watching). “I was lucky enough to come across Rebecca when my summer holiday boarder due to an emergency had to cancel 48hours before we were due to go away! Rebecca agreed for us to come around on short notice and having told her, that my dog is nervous when meeting other dogs at first, she was super professional when meeting us with her lovely dog Archie. That prevented any potential issues further down the line and I had no hesitations dropping my dog off, she settled in immediately. There is no doubt Rebecca took excellent care of her - she shared pics and comments and went far beyond what could be expected of a boarder plus her updates were quite funny too. “Thomas took all the time and care needed to meet both my boys, make sure they were comfortable with his dog and also allowed us to visit his home. He asked lots of questions about their routine and was really a calm and friendly energy around them. When I was away, I got regular updates and pictures which was very reassuring! About: We’re a friendly and caring couple who have both grown up with dogs and cats, so being around animals has always been a big part of our lives. We genuinely love spending time with pets and understand that every animal has its own personality, routine and needs. Whether it’s going for walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles or simply keeping them company, we’re happy to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable and loved while you’re away. We know how important it is to trust the people caring for your pets, and we’ll treat them as if they were our own. We’re reliable, responsible and happy to keep you updated with messages and photos, so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. My partner and I work different shifts, which gives us plenty of flexibility when caring for pets. I usually work afternoons and evenings (typically 3pm–11pm), while my partner works 10am–6pm and spends two days a week working from home. As our schedules are rota-based and change weekly, we’re often able to accommodate different requests and routines. We enjoy spending time outdoors, going for walks, and relaxing at home, and everything is a bit more fun when there’s a furry (or bald!) friend joining us. We understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, and we do our best to make them feel comfortable and secure. We follow any instructions carefully, whether that’s feeding schedules, medication, exercise, or simply giving them space when they need it. Our home is calm, pet-friendly, and full of attention and affection. We love spending quality time with animals, whether that’s playing, exploring outside, or curling up on the sofa for a quiet evening together. We treat every pet as if they were our own and always aim to make them feel safe, happy, and loved while in our care.
