About: I have over 40 years experience with dogs from Labradors, and working/cattle dogs to miniatures and Chows. Have worked with the active, the sleepy, the reactive, the needy and the sick. Understand all dogs are unique and have needs that reflect their personalities and am happy to accommodate. Truth is I like dogs much more than people, treat them with a lot of love, respect and care (as my own) but also firmness and real focus when needed. I work remotely/from home so can be flexible but also be really present with your dog. Our house is filled with light, wood floors and we have French doors to a large fenced garden so they can sniff around in and have scope to go in and out as they like while still supervised. Also located very close to some large parks (like Queen’s) for longer walks. I am a business consultant and currently work for myself in a fully remote capacity. I can walk at any time of the day and do drops in as needed as I schedule my own time. I have a spacious light filled home with large French doors the open onto a large fences garden. The dogs (in the right weather) are free to move between the two as the wish and I can supervise safely. The front garden is also fenced and gated. We live between two vets and two large parks.

About: I've been surrounded by animals since I was five years old, so caring for dogs has never felt like a job to me, it's simply how I've always lived. These days I share my home with Malka, my rescue girl. She's endlessly sociable and genuinely thrives in the company of other dogs, which means your pup won't just have a sitter, they'll have a friend to potter about with, play with and nap beside. I know how to read a dog's needs, when they want a proper run around, when they'd rather have a quiet cuddle, and when they're feeling a little unsettled in a new place. Routines, feeding, medication, lead manners, plenty of fuss it's all second nature to me. Most importantly, I know how it feels to leave your dog with someone else. You'll get regular photos and updates, and your dog will be treated exactly as I'd want Malka treated. I work from home several days a week and my hours are quite flexible, so your dog will have company all day rather than being left waiting. We live just moments from a park, so mornings and afternoons are set aside for proper walks. In between, there's plenty of time for games with Malka, and your dog is free to explore the whole flat and settle wherever they feel most comfortable. Evenings are spent at home, so your dog settles in with us as part of the family. I'm also happy to keep to whatever routine your dog is used to, exactly as they are at home. My flat is a calm, dog-friendly space where your dog is free to roam and settle wherever they like. There's a park just five minutes' walk away, so we're out and about regularly for proper walks and fresh air. Malka is the ideal companion, the perfect playmate for games and naps. Your dog will never be short of company, and certainly never short of cuddles.
