“Suzanne did drop-in visits for Fluffy and Willow over the weekend, and I couldn’t be happier with her care. She is a true pet person. You can tell immediately how much she genuinely loves animals. Both of my cats absolutely adore her, even Willow, who is usually very apprehensive around new people. Seeing Willow warm up to Suzanne so quickly really says it all! Suzanne looked after them wonderfully and kept me fully updated with regular messages, photos, and video, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away. It was so reassuring to see how happy and relaxed they were in her care. I’m so glad I found her. She truly is a star sitter. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be booking Suzanne again!”

About: I'm a passionate animal lover who shares my home with my miniature poodle Camembert (Cami) and five Sphynx cats, so animals are very much at the centere of my daily life. Cami is friendly, polite with other dogs, and great company for any other dogs on a walk :) While I'm new to working with dogs professionally, I have genuine hands-on experience with a wide range of dogs, from a tiny fox terrier puppy to a 70kg Akita mix, a reactive German Shepherd/Husky cross, cocker spaniels, puggles, and more. I've also cared for dogs in my home for extended periods, including a boisterous 10 month old Labrador/Staffy cross who needed structure and routine, and a 12 year old Beagle who needed a calm and gentle environment. I'm currently working towards my Kennel Club Crufts Bronze Good Citizen award with Cami, and enrolled on IMDT courses to become a certified dog trainer, so while I'm at the start of my professional journey, I'm actively building the knowledge and skills to back up my passion. Every dog in my care gets my full attention. I keep my bookings small deliberately, so I can give each one the time and care they deserve. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. Cami and I start every day with a morning walk, and we also do an hour of training split across two sessions in our garden, so structure and consistency are already baked into my day. Monday to Friday I'm based at home(self employed), giving me flexibility to fit drop in visits and walks around a steady, animal focused routine. I treat every client's home with the same care I'd want shown to my own. I follow the owner's instructions to the letter when it comes to keys, access, and keeping the property secure, and I make sure everything is locked up properly before I leave. Before any booking I ask for a full picture of the animal, their habits, quirks, and any specific needs. Wherever possible I also like to do a meet and greet with the owner present beforehand, so the dog can get familiar with me in a relaxed setting, the owner can see how we interact, and we can all make sure it feels like the right fit before committing to anything.
“Ganna was lovely and professional with my girls - she made me feel very confident leaving her to check in on them! She wanted lots of information before hand which made me feel very settled and my girls loved her.”

“Ada is fantastic, highly professional and wonderfully experienced with dogs. My energetic puppy can be quite a handful, but she cared for him brilliantly and kept me updated throughout. I felt completely reassured, and I would recommend Ada without hesitation.”

“We were first time customers. Cash our 1 yr old black lab was looked after by Ross and Dareen over 10 days. Split between drop in visits and overnight stays. We couldn’t have wished for better care and attention. This was also a new experience for Cash, who initially was a little out of his comfort zone. We received regular updates with photos which was great. Their knowledge and patience truly put him at ease. He came home well cared for and happy. I wouldn’t hesitate in using their services again.”

About: Hello I’m Tulips! I am definitely a dog lover as I grew up with my five sausage dogs at home. I do not have any siblings so I treated all of them as my brothers and sisters. I am experienced in dog toileting training and doing tricks. As I moved away from home and started studying at UK, I would love to have the chance to interact with the doggie again. I’m currently studying my master in Occupational Therapy and I am free on Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am to 10:00pm. For Holidays, please feel free to drop me a message to discuss. I am very willing to keep taking video and photos to update on the condition of the dog and I will try my best to accommodate their everyday needs.

About: We’re so excited to finally join Rover!! We are both teachers and have busy lives which means we can’t, just for the time being, have our own little pup. We’d love one so badly but given all out commitments, we’ve decided this is the next best thing. Nad loves excercising, long walks, training, games etc and Amy stops to cuddle every dog she ever passes in the street- so we make a pretty good team. We're both previous dog owners and with no other dogs around, yours will get all the attention they need. Due to Amy’s allergies we are only able to look after hypoallergenic little ones, unfortunately - she’s still trying to digest this information 30 years later. It’s a sore subject… if this fits your bill, ad-hoc weekends and school holidays are always perfect for us. 🩵 Evenings are perfect for walks, weekends work great for overnight stays, and during school holidays we’re completely free to give your dog endless love! Whether your dog is staying with us, we’re house sitting, popping in for a visit, or out on a walk they’ll always be treated like family. We stick to your routines, keep owners updated with photos and messages, and make sure every dog feels safe, loved and well-exercised. With no other pets at home, your pup gets our full attention every time.

About: Full time dog sitter. I’ve been taking care of animals from a young age and I’m very passionate about them, I took to volunteering at a dog hotel because I wanted to be in that environment and learn to care for them, and have been caring for peoples pets for a long time ! About: Having owned a family cocker spaniel for over 13 years . Took him to puppy training classes, trained him to sit, lay down, high-five and even play dead, I am used to the responsibility looking after any puppy or nutty dog out there. I have looked after many friends and families dogs of different ages, from labrador puppies, staffys and bulldogs. I am fairly strong so handling larger dogs won’t be an issue. I work shift work and have many days off in the weekday so can be reliable for those needing help during the work day. I am tidy and clean, so any house sitting I will ensure your house is left clean and tidy and am happy to hoover up any dog hair! I look forward to finding new areas to take your doggo on walks and give them all the fuss, love and attention they deserve. I’m working full time, but I work shift work, so have a large amount of days off in the weekday. So anyone working during the week that struggles - I can help! When I come to stay I will ensure I know your dogs full routine, from where you like to walk, where their favourite places to sleep are, how much food and when they eat and how you like to carry out your day to day life with your dog. I will learn where you would prefer me to be, how much contact you would like from me, and I will check with you before I take them to new places. I need to know if they have any behavioural issues or if they are nervous around other dogs. On a walk if they like to be kept on a lead or not. I will always be guided by you and what you would prefer.

As we prepare for our travels, the anticipation builds, knowing that we’re about to create lasting memories together. From ensuring their comfort with cozy bedding to stocking up their favourite treats, every detail is meticulously planned to cater their needs. I’m currently working full time, however I’m happy to take pets onboarding for any long weekends ahead or a walk during weekends. I work from home on Friday, I’m more thank welcome to take day care. We have secure locked door for the balcony that ensure no easy access to it. Pet friendly apartment, several parks nearby making sure they have enough room to exercise.
About: As well as looking after family pets (cats and dogs), I've looked after dogs for several years through Borrow My Doggy. Breeds I've experience of looking after include: cockapoo, staffy, airedale, king charles. I really enjoy being around pets and having company, as well as a a pup being a good excuse to do more walking and exercise! We both work full time (9-5) but usually only go into the office a couple of days a week each, so can often be available to look after a dog from my flat or for walks, and to pop in to visit pets as needed. My evening and weekend plans are variable but we'll help if we can! We are living in a good sized flat with a balcony, and which is nearby to some parks which are good for dog walking or exercise. We would of course ensure that dogs are well fed and watered and feel safe, as well as making sure we get out and about to spend some energy!
Dog owners share their Rover experiences - Berrylands
Ellie was fantastic with my dachshund Otis during the drop-in visits. The moment he met her for the first time, he instantly liked her, which immediately put me at ease. She is reliable, caring, and clearly great with dogs. I also got updates and photos, and Otis was happy and relaxed the whole time. I’d definitely recommend Ellie to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive pet sitter. I will be booking again 😀

Samantha was so great with Bailey! Such a doll and sent me updates with pictures of him while I was traveling and my husband was at work. Really appreciate her efforts and patience with him. He had a lovely walk and really took to Sam well. Thank you so much for taking care of our boy!

Very much appreciated with Ada’s help for looking after the dogs while we were having a important event at the theatre for more than 12 hours while we’re enjoying the performance and celebrating dinner in the restaurant ,Thank You for the home visit service to put our mind at rest with no worries, Thank You Ada for doing a great job

Daraisa has been absolutely wonderful with our dogs, Meryl and Flora. From the very start, it was clear how caring, attentive and experienced she is, and we’ve always felt completely confident leaving them in her care. Both dogs afterwards are home happy, relaxed and clearly well looked after, which says everything. Daraisa takes the time to understand each dog’s personality and needs, and it really shows in how comfortable and settled they are with her. Communication has always been excellent, and it’s reassuring to know they’re being cared for by someone who genuinely loves what she does. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Daraisa to anyone looking for reliable, kind and professional doggy daycare.

Gabriella done drop in visits twice a day for my French bulldog chance and would highly recommend her to anyone and would have her back again. She kept in contact with me the whole time sending me pictures f chance and updates even got a cute valentines picture from her off him. Lovely women and will always book with her again when needed to. Thank you so much your the best xx

Kat and her mother took an incredible amount of time and care with my very anxious and shy senior dog. Each time they visited her, they made sure she had plenty of enrichment time, and worked to build her confidence with new people. They went above and beyond what was asked of them, and I’d highly recommend them to any doggy parents who are in need of a little extra help.

Cheryl is an absolute gem! She did a fantastic job looking after my two daxies for 3 weeks and they absolutely adored her 😊. The daily photo updates were an added bonus - made me feel so connected to them! She's super responsive and professional, making the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend her for any pet-sitting needs 🐾💕!

Robert was an excellent carer and a great communicator throughout the entire experience. He was fantastic with our dog and it was clear from the start that he genuinely cares about dogs and their wellbeing. We felt completely at ease knowing our dog was in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommend Robert to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate dog carer.

It was the first time that Tamara had sat for us and she was brilliant. Hani is a little bit challenging, with her age and blindness. Tamara went above and beyond and made sure that Hani was safely settled before leaving. I will definitely be asking Tamara to sit for us again.

Carina took care of our special needs Cavalier exceptionally well. She is trustworthy, punctual, and keeps our house clean and cared for, and most of all gives our dog tons of love and kindness as if she were her own. I highly recommend Carina as a fantastic carer for your pup!
