About: I have a 4 year old Italian Spinone Truffle, 12 year old main coon cat Boris and 2 Rabbits. I regularly look after pets for friends and family and also host pets in our house which has a secluded garden. I work from home full-time, so I am around throughout the week. Just my husband David and no children, we have a very quiet and relaxed environment lots of time for exploring the garden and walks to the park. Lots of time for playing cuddles too. I have a large completely secure fenced garden and I have lots of dog equipment and toys. Your dog will have full access to the house so that they can follow me around.

My work involves shift patterns rather than a fixed 9-to-5, which actually works in your dog's favour — I have varied windows throughout the day and week to fit in walks and drop-in visits, including times a standard office schedule wouldn't allow. Since I offer walks and drop-in visits, I'm coming into your home to care for your dog rather than the other way round. I always confirm entry details, feeding instructions, and any house rules with you in advance, and I follow your dog's routine exactly as you've set it out — same food, same schedule, same walking route if that matters to them. I keep an eye on the home while I'm there (doors locked, nothing left out of place) and I'll message you with an update or photo after each visit so you always know your dog was safe, walked, and happy.

Cats are where I have the deepest hands-on experience. I have cared for them from kittenhood through to their senior years, and I rescued one of my own cats from difficult circumstances. That experience reinforced how important patience, consistency and allowing an animal to build trust at their own pace can be. I know that choosing someone to care for your pet and enter your home is a personal decision. I will follow your instructions carefully, keep your pet’s routine as familiar as possible and send clear photo updates. I will treat your pet with patience and affection while respecting their individual boundaries, and I will treat your home with the same care. I work on weekdays until the early afternoon, so my main availability is from mid-afternoon onwards, as well as evenings and weekends. This works particularly well for afternoon or evening drop-in visits, dog walks and weekend care. I keep my Rover calendar updated so owners can see when I’m available. For house sitting, please tell me how long your pet is comfortable being left alone. On weekdays I will still be at work during the morning and early afternoon, so I will only accept a booking where this fits the pet’s normal routine. Your pet’s normal routine and your home rules come first. Before a first booking, I normally arrange a meet-and-greet so we can discuss feeding, access, walking equipment, behaviour, health needs, vet details and emergency contacts. I only accept care that I am confident I can provide safely. During visits, I follow your instructions closely, keep doors and windows secure, use the agreed lead or harness and leave feeding, litter and pet areas tidy. I handle keys and access details carefully, treat your home with respect and send a clear update so you know how your pet is doing. Please tell me about any medication or specialist care before booking. I will confirm honestly whether it is something I can safely undertake rather than making assumptions.

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs and looking after them since the age of 10. Additionally I have taken care of a wide variety of dogs whether that be dog walks or pet sitting . I work part time now I have graduated , meaning I have lots of free time to care for your pups and take them for walks I don’t offer services in my own home . However I would like to interact with the pet as much as possible . Additionally will be mindful of doors and other hazards as well as follow the owners instructions .

About: I’ve loved and cared for animals for over 10 years. It began at university when I rescued two stray cats and gave them a home. Since then, I’ve had another cat and my own Pug–Chihuahua cross, and I’ve also helped care for a senior Rottweiler. While living in California, I regularly walked dogs with a friend and gained experience with many different breeds and personalities, including Yorkshire Terriers, Chihuahuas, Shih Tzus, Toy Poodles, Border Collies, Labradors, Dobermans, Akitas and American Akitas. I can host cats in my cosy, quiet and pet-free home, and I’m also available for dog walking and house sitting when my schedule allows. I work from home from late morning through the afternoon, so I have plenty of time to keep pets company, play with them and give them attention. About: Having owned a family cocker spaniel for over 13 years . Took him to puppy training classes, trained him to sit, lay down, high-five and even play dead, I am used to the responsibility looking after any puppy or nutty dog out there. I have looked after many friends and families dogs of different ages, from labrador puppies, staffys and bulldogs. I am fairly strong so handling larger dogs won’t be an issue. I work shift work and have many days off in the weekday so can be reliable for those needing help during the work day. I am tidy and clean, so any house sitting I will ensure your house is left clean and tidy and am happy to hoover up any dog hair! I look forward to finding new areas to take your doggo on walks and give them all the fuss, love and attention they deserve. I’m working full time, but I work shift work, so have a large amount of days off in the weekday. So anyone working during the week that struggles - I can help! When I come to stay I will ensure I know your dogs full routine, from where you like to walk, where their favourite places to sleep are, how much food and when they eat and how you like to carry out your day to day life with your dog. I will learn where you would prefer me to be, how much contact you would like from me, and I will check with you before I take them to new places. I need to know if they have any behavioural issues or if they are nervous around other dogs. On a walk if they like to be kept on a lead or not. I will always be guided by you and what you would prefer.

About: As well as looking after family pets (cats and dogs), I've looked after dogs for several years through Borrow My Doggy. Breeds I've experience of looking after include: cockapoo, staffy, airedale, king charles. I really enjoy being around pets and having company, as well as a a pup being a good excuse to do more walking and exercise! We both work full time (9-5) but usually only go into the office a couple of days a week each, so can often be available to look after a dog from my flat or for walks, and to pop in to visit pets as needed. My evening and weekend plans are variable but we'll help if we can! We are living in a good sized flat with a balcony, and which is nearby to some parks which are good for dog walking or exercise. We would of course ensure that dogs are well fed and watered and feel safe, as well as making sure we get out and about to spend some energy!

About: I’ve always had dogs in my family and loved them growing up. Me and my partner have been dog sitting for over 4 years now and even though he no longer has the time I have no plans to stop! I have had many dogs in day care and have quite a few regulars that i board now. I’m enjoy learning about animal behaviour and dog training in my free time.I do not discriminate! I also live with my partner so there is always someone home. I live in a flat with a fairly big communal garden that can be used. I also live about 5 minutes from 2 local dog parks and I’m always happy to visit bushy park or Richmond park. I currently do not drive but I am not afraid of a really long walk! As I have been doing this for a while now, I’m fully equipped with bowls, treats, toys etc. I also have enough space for a crate if needed. Having such a flexible schedule means I’m able to spend a lot of time playing and interacting with the dogs that I look after. We are always interacting and getting to know each other. I think this is why the dogs I’ve had settle in so well and usually very quickly. I do have some experience with nervous dogs and I am always happy to arrange a meet and greet beforehand. I’m currently working part time from home which is extremely flexible and doesn’t limit me at all. I am at home most days but I am happy to bring your dog with me wherever I go. There really is no better company than a dog or two! Even though I have mostly had bookings at my own home, I’m happy to house sit if that’s more comfortable for owners or for the dog.

About: Ive looked after a range of different dogs, from all sizes all personality’s and all ages. I have walked dogs for neighbours and many short term jobs for 5 years, I’ve also dog sitted loads of times too because I just love dogs. I am very trusted by every owner and I put a lot of love and dedication into my work I am a stay at home mum so I am always free and always on walks or at home chilling. I’m always looking to go out more so taking dogs out or being in there company for a period of time is just where I wanna be. I will play with you dog, take them to the local fenced field that is up the road, I have a garden as I’m on the bottom floor flat. My home is smoke free and all baby toys are out of the way so your dog is no hassle and can’t chew on anything that isn’t intended too. I will feed your dog at there normal scheduled time.
