Dog Boarding in Twin Creeks

About: Throughout high school I offered dog walking and sitting for neighbors and family friends. Once I graduated, I was hired to start working with Police K9s. I have spent the last few years training apprehension, detection, tracking, etc. with several government agencies. Around the same time, I started offering training and boarding for pet dogs, and have been successfully running that business for the past few years. My love for dogs has only grown since. I have found a passion for providing high quality care to dogs in my care. Dog boarding and training is my career, so I have built my schedule and life around providing the best care for each pup at my house! I have a few in person training clients and police department K9s I train with weekly, but outside of that I am home caring for dogs! While I am out of the house doing dog training or running errands, dogs nap in crates! Safety is my top priority, and fun a close second. I run a structured boarding business focused on providing a fun, mentally and physically enriching stay for your dog. I live on a 1+ acre, fully fenced property and utilize the use of high quality crates and tethers for dogs to help everyone successfully co-exist. With the large space, dogs are able to properly communicate and explore - eliminating the feeling of being stressed and cramped which often results in altercations between dogs. I have extensive experience reading body language between dogs and can pair or separate dogs based on several factors - confidence, size, play style, etc.

“This was our first time leaving our two Labs with Todd. He took great care of our dogs. His yard is perfect for the dogs, and he also took them out for walks. The communications with Todd were great! He sent us lots of pictures, videos and updates. We will definitely use Todd again in the near future.”

About: I have 15 years of dog care and 4 years of cat care experience. I saved a 2-month puppy from death and took care of him carefully days and nights for a month until he’s full recovered. It makes me treasure every moment with any little ones. My pets all love me, and I taught them a lot of commands. I love pets and they are my families! :) I am currently working from home, so I have all day with pets and am able to take close care of them. I’ll let them go out and play at least 3 times per day and take potty breaks. :) I have a big fenced backyard and a big front yard for the pets to play. And there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in my house, so pets are welcome to stay with me or take a rest alone in a quiet place. I make my home cozy and pet friendly by providing pet beds, blankets, carpets, and toys. Pets are welcome to sleep in my bedroom if needed! If I need to go to my clients’ home, I will make sure the pets are taken good care of by satisfying all their needs, and I will follow strictly to the special instructions. I’ll also leave my clients’ home nice and clean as it was! :)

“Sophia is the best! I was in need of a sitter at the last minute for my 12 y/o dog and luckily I came across Sophia. Fortunately, she had availability for the days needed and was able to do a meet and greet with her. Mini felt very comfortable and at ease as soon she met Sophia and entered her home. Being an older dog, Mini is pretty finicky and she immediately gravitated towards Sophia. That was a huge relief for me and put my worries at ease as I felt secure leaving Mini with such a caring person. Big thank you to Sophia! So happy I found her, I’ll definitely use Sophia for future sittings.”

About: I’ve grown up with family dogs since I was a kid, and took care of my own for the last 12 years before she passed. Looking forward to meeting and caring for new fur friends! I currently work full-time, with most days from home. For the days I am in-office, I am only gone from home for 3-4 hours, so I spend most of my time at home where I can meet the care needs of your precious pet. I live in an apartment with my husband with all supplies needed to help care for your pup. Our apartment complex comes with multiple dog parks on property, and there is a school with a park across the street that we can enjoy walks at. Please note that our apartment is on the third floor, and although our stair cases are short, if your pet does not do well with stairs we may not be the best match at this time. Thank you!

We met before the the start of the boarding and Nikhila went through all her questions to make sure Pepsi would be well taken care of.
