About: I have taken care of animals (horses, chickens, cats, dogs, fish, alpacas, pigs, etc.) at multiple houses and farms. I was always the one people would turn to when it came to taking care of their household of animals when they were away. I am in the process of becoming a dog trainer as well as groomer! I've had experience with giving animals shots, pills and liquid medication as well as care after surgeries. Since I am self employed that gives me more open time to play, walk and care for the animals. Currently I own 2 cats and 2 dogs that live with me, I will need a few times a day to let them out a couple times a day. In my home I have a dedicated animal room that has beds, crates, a dog couch, lots of sunlight and a deck for the dogs to hang out on. I also have a pen that I can use if there are dogs or puppies that cannot hold their bladder and have frequent accidents. Blankets and toys galore for the dogs anytime they need them. There is a large yard for the dogs to roam around in or hiking areas for us to walk on. In your home I will make sure to take care of your lovely pet as I would with any of mine! Cuddles and snuggles as well as springs and tug-of-war, whatever activity the animals need to get their energy out as well as keeping them feeling safe and happy. The directions given to me from you will be taken to heart. Feeding, walking and sleeping schedules will be upheld to a T.

“Charlotte was AMAZING with Beau! Every morning, he got so excited when it was almost time for his walk with her! She sent pictures every day and has a great compassion for her clients. Highly recommend! Will definitely use her services in the future!”

About: Ive been an animal lover since I was a child. Making friends with all the pets on my street. Bring home strays I find. Animals feel naturally comfortable with me and can sense my gentle spirit. I can make the most anxious pet feel loved and safe. I have house sit for my coworkers and bosses. To trust me with your pet would be like trusting me with your child. And I treat them just like one of my own. I am looking forward to meeting your pet and making them feel loved and safe. I am a stay at home mom of two girls that are natural animal lovers too. They are middle school and highschool age. They have a gentle caring spirit with animals too. Just like their mom. I take my dog to the park twice a day to walk or play in the dog park. I have partially fenced in back yard with plenty of acres to run or explore on leash. I live on a dead end road in the country with less traffic. My house has always been pet friendly and pets can cuddle with me or my children on the beds and sofa. They are family like us and have free range. For cats I have a door I can keep shut to the living room so they can be safe and still have plenty of room to explore or find soft comfortable hiding spaces. I currently own one dog who is friendly with all other pets but if the other pet feels uncomfortable I have plenty of space to keep separate. I also own two cats that come in and out through their own special area that's all theirs. I have two children that are older and know how to interact gently with animals and love to spoil them. I go to the dog park daily with my dog and enjoy walking with her in the park. Your pet will get plenty of attention, activities and exercise while being in a safe environment.

It is with this diverse background in animal care and unwavering dedication to preserving and elevating their happiness, health, and safety that I would without a doubt be the best choice for your loved one. Not only that but I am timely, dependable, tidy, and have the upmost respect for my clients such as yourself and their living spaces. So what do you say? Give me a bark! 📞 (or a text, whatever floats your boat) Note: Please disregard the posted "Response Rate" and "Response Time" on my profile, I was new to Rover at the time and did not know how to "Pause" my account before taking a hiatus before taking my old in-person job. Thank you for your understanding, I am here for you! I work from home/remotely, so I have tons of free time to dedicate to your pet's needs regarding walks, mental stimulation games, play time, and of course plenty of cuddles, and down time! At this time I am not offering boarding services, this may change in the future but for now this service is inactive. However I can always bring my top-notch care to you!

About: I am a college student looking for extra income this summer. I pride myself on being a reliable communicator, a punctual employee, and having a heart for all furry friend- big and small! I have experience working with dogs of all ages, puppies through elderly! I’m currently working as a waitress part-time, typically beginning at 3:00pm. On days I do work, which is typically weekends, I am always home by 10:30-11:00pm. My mornings are always completely open, and I am an early riser! In my home, our priority was to never (if not rarely) be left home alone for more than 3 hours. This is a goal I implement in my pet-care as well. Furthermore, when it comes to walk, I understand this is some pets best part of their day! It is my goal to make it as stress-free, fun, and exciting as possible!

About: I have worked in pet care/home care for over a decade! I work as a dog walker for a company in Berryville, and I also work as a groomer for a Newfoundland Breeder with show dogs. I have had experience as a vet technician as well! I am comfortable will all types of dogs and would love to meet yours❤️ I provide daily dog walking services and breaks, in home boarding or house sitting. Dog walking and pet care is more then simply providing the basics, I appreciate the trust that owners give when having someone provide care for there beloved animals. Respect, genuine love, trust and a building relationship goes into each pet a care for. Pet care is full time for me, and I am available weekly and in the weekends. My schedule is generally flexible and I can usually accommodate even last min requests. However I do occasionally have a fully scheduled week and any house sitting or dog sitting requests would be easier to schedule with a couple weeks notice. I do not currently have a fenced in yard, but I provide walks and potty breaks by walking on a leash as needed. I live close to 2 dog park’s and I love to take them there to burn off energy ( as long as dog parks are not an overwhelming experience and the owner agrees it is ok to visit one ), I also enjoy bringing them along as a running and hiking buddy on the several nature trails near me. If I am watching a pet in their own home, I will just keep up with the normal routine as stated by the owner, and of course always check with you to make sure any new activities we try are ok

You can rest assured that they will be spoiled rotten in my care, within the guidelines that you provide. I am very careful when it comes to instructions given to me by owners and I carry out my duty that you have entrusted me with and I take it very seriously. You are in great hands and I would love the opportunity to be able to help you out. I work full time, M-F so if someone is able to have their animal let out in the middle of the day since I’m in Herndon for work, then I can be there for the animal in the morning and evening or overnight. I do what the owners ask of me in regards to their schedule and their needs. I usually travel to client home because I don’t have a home of my own that would allow more animals.

Alyssa K.
“Alyssa dog sat for me and my family for nine days and when we came back, everything was perfect. The dogs were very well taken care of and everything seem to be in order. All the dogs had their medicine and had grooming when she was not at school. The longest that she was ever away from our dogs in the nine days was for school which at the time was about 3 to 4 hours and she continuously told me how bad she feels that the dogs are alone and I knew that when she got back to them, they were in good hands. She played with them outside in the yard and let them in and out at their requests. When we arrived back home and had Alyssa over for dinner to thank her for her overwhelming attention to our dogs, the dogs greeted her like a best friend which proved to us that she was responsible and very caring for animals. If you want somebody who is particular about how to take care of animals and willing to go the extra mile, she’s your girl.”

Addison R.
“My dogs love Addison!! She is always so great with them and gives me little updates and pet pics so I don’t miss them on my trips. My dogs struggle a lot with separation anxiety but she helps keep them grounded and happy!”

Nina C.
“To say that Nina is a phenomenal caregiver is an understatement. I have trusted her with many of my animals over the last year or two. Even for my nervous German shepherd who is fearful and I would consider a flight risk. I trust her as one of the people to take care of her if an emergency were to occur. Nina will take care of your pet as if it were her own, and I mean that wholeheartedly. She is extremely knowledgeable, especially with dogs. Nina has veterinary field experience and knows exactly what to do in an emergency situation, including knowing of nearby emergency facilities and their hours. She truly is a wonderful person, and I would highly recommend her as a caregiver. She is honest, reliable, kind, knowledgeable, and will follow every instruction you tell her to follow. Nina is wonderful!!!”

Erin G.Star Sitter

“Erin has become one of my favorite caretakers for my Boxer…always on time, very responsive and professional. I trust her completely with my girl and in my home!”
