D’s Acres:Dogs Find Barnyard Rhythm
I own 2.5 acres that is completely fenced in. It is separated into three different sections so different areas can be used during sessions with no wasted time for set up or hiccups with getting ready for the next part. This gives me room for different activity options. I also own dogs so I have the room to separate when needed but also involve dogs when social stimulation with another dog can be beneficial on their goal plan. I also offer grooming, boarding and daycare.

What to expect
Consultation
During the consultation, we will discuss your desired outcome with your pup. We go over the training process that is accustomed to your pups needs, and we will go through the file each pup starts when they begin coming. If they decide to participate and have their dog go through training, we discuss a schedule and payment options that suit everyone’s needs. There is also a feedback and at home assignment sheet provided so that you can reinforce the techniques used as well.
Sessions
A session here is 8 hours. Drop off and pick up is at the convenience of the owner. I do offer transportation as well. During that day, I will utilize my 2.5 acre farm to create space for stimulation and real life scenarios to create a natural training environment. The first day will be getting a baseline of the behavior being focused on, and then coming up with the methods needed based off of the temperament, fears and triggers of each pup. Then after attempting certain methods, I will record how the dog responds and a plan will be created that will be ready for the second day.

Www.dsacresofhope.com I am a stay at home mom and have set myself up to be fortunate to do so. I am home all day with the pups and do this full time. I work around people’s schedules and am very flexible offering availability every day of the week.. Being home all day, I can immerse myself in the dogs routine which is more effective then an hour at one time. Intervals of timing throughout 8 hours creates a consistent schedule.
