What to expect
Consultation
During the consultation is the time for you and your pup to meet me and get familiar. We will go over your training needs and expectations. You can let me know what you are looking to get out of our training sessions.
Sessions
During each session, we’ll work on a unique training plan designed specifically for your puppy. Each session, I will evaluate your pup’s behavior and identify what needs improvement. I’ll go through a variety of basic training for your puppy - starting with establishing a positive connection. We will focus on overall temperament - being calm, attentive, and patient. Once I have your pups attention and affection (through the use of treats and verbal praise!) we’ll work on basic commands such as sit, stay, down, drop it, leave it, and walking in a heel position without pulling on the leash.

I use positive reinforcement (treats and verbal praise), repetition, and simple commands for basic puppy training: sit, down, stay, wait, leave it, and drop it. I teach not to mouth and what is okay to play with and what is not. I teach leash behavior so your puppy walks in a heel position without pulling. I help implement and advise on potty training. We also do fun tricks like roll over and spin. Putting your puppy in dog training is essential to ensuring you will have a patient, relaxed, and well behaved dog for years to come.
