About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs my entire life. I’ve always had animals in my household. Neighbors, family, and friends have always trusted me to watch their furry friends while they were away. I work part time at a school from august to may. I have plenty of time every day at home to watch and play with your animals. I have a large fenced in yard for my dogs at home. I live with parents so my dogs have multiple people to let them out and play when needed. In clients homes I let them out often and I am able to walk them and play with them frequently.

At one point I ran out of dog food and she offered to go pick some up. She also watched over my guinea pig and took great care of him, since she has rabbits of her own. I will definitely be booking her again and again!”

About: I've taken care of pets all of my life. From puppies all the way up to seniors. I love them all. They all need someone to care for them and feel the extra love especially when their normal family is away. I'm currently flexible and can fit pet care into my daily routine. Occasionally, I will pick up an additional job. But that shouldn't interrupt with taking care of what I love to do and that is to take care of fur babies. I would rather take care of your pets in their environment due to the fact that they are most comfortable there. I also have two fur babies of my own. But I feel as if fur babies are normally happy in their own surroundings.

I’m new to the area and currently planning my wedding, which gives me a very flexible schedule to dedicate to pet care. Because I’m not working a traditional 9–5 right now, I’m available during weekdays, evenings, and for overnight stays—making it easy for me to give your pets the time, attention, and consistency they deserve. I have experience caring for pets with a wide range of distinct temperaments and understand how important it is to recognize and respect each animal’s unique personality and needs. I’m very mindful of the routines, boundaries, and safety measures that help pets feel secure, and I make it a priority to follow them closely. I treat every home with the same respect and care as I would my own, and I approach each pet as if they were my own as well. My goal is to provide attentive, reliable care while maintaining the natural flow of your home and your pet’s routine—ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away and that you feel comfortable as well.

About: Being an energetic and patient person, your pets will thrive in my care, getting loved like they are my own. I have many years of experience w/ dogs & cats, a couple reptiles, and an occasional hamster. Not having any pets of my own, and being an empty nester, I have a very flexible schedule as well. I am now an empty nester, with no pets of my own, so my schedule is very flexible. I can happily provide short- or long-term care for your pets. I will ensure that your pet is loved and kept safe from harm. I can also give your pet a bath if needed, take them on walks and/or runs, give medication and lots of snuggles!

About: I’ve had cats and dogs since I was a babe! Watching everything from chickens, pit bulls, Great Danes, horses. You name it!! I have all the love to give 💕 I work Monday-Thursday 8-5. I’m up at 6 so plenty of time for potty, food, and cuddles! Then after I love going on walks in my neighborhood!! I have a fenced in yard and sun room ✨ I have a large fenced in shaded yard that is mostly private! My neighbors are all friendly and have dogs of their own in fenced yards! Plenty of space for fetch and a neighborhood to go on walks in! If you have a list of specifics you would like to provide me with such as feeding time and walk times I would love that information!

About: Have been around dogs my entire life. I have siblings with multiple dogs and whenever they are out of town I am always the one they have watch them. Currently just graduated and I don’t start my job until June. I’m free all times of the day and any day of the week works. Spend time with them and make sure they’re are staying out of trouble. Treat every animal the right way when taking care of them at all times.

Janell took everything in stride and was an excellent caretaker while we were out of town! She was extremely communicative, sent plenty of pictures, and was very conscientious about their care. She also was very respectful of our home and left everything in great shape! There’s nothing better than knowing your pets are in good hands while you’re out of town and coming home to a happy and cared for crew, and Janell definitely fits that bill. I’ve seen many transform into well-adjusted companions under my care** I have years of experience caring for and tending to older dogs and cats with various health issues like hip dysplasia and incontinence, in addition to puppy and kitten care, too. I am patient and kind even with the highest maintenance puppies. I fostered neglected/previously abused dogs with Carolina Adopt-A-Bulls rescue for over 4 years. I am very experienced with mitigating leash reactivity and caring for heartworm-positive pets throughout their treatment, and I look out for dangerous situations before they happen. I am well versed in canine first aid and wound care. I am also a foster volunteer through the Bloomington Animal Shelter. I do not currently have a foster dog. I am attentive, caring, experienced, and kind. I can’t wait to meet your pets. I am a doctoral student, so I have some flexibility in my schedule. I’m booked up until 6pm on Wednesdays, but have more flexibility the rest of the week. I can take your pup for walks around the neighborhood, campus, or the many parks Bloomington has to offer. I have a comfy dog bed for canine visitors to lounge in while I’m studying.

About: I did an internship at medical mutts where I trained service dogs and helped take care of them. I’ve watched friends dogs. I train dogs too! I’m not really doing anything, so I’m available pretty much whenever, I am totally flexible. I can do long term or short term schedules. I want your dog to be safe! I’m unfortunately not able to do boarding at my house, but I can take your dog out to see my little brothers or my grandma because she loves dogs, I can take your dog to the park and I can even train your dog!

About: I grew up with cats, rescued mutts, and Great Danes. As an adult I had 2 cats. After they passed, I decided I would foster or pet sit! I have experience with puppies, kittens, and adults! I currently regularly pet sit 2 different pit mixes. One is high energy and the other has a lot medical needs. I am comfortable with sleeping with the pet or crating. I am also comfortable and experienced with administering medication. I am able to basically move into your home to help provide consistent care, other than doctors appts I will be in the home with your pets! I will inform you of any preplanned times the pet would be alone before accepting the job. I currently work 8-6 Tuesday and Wednesday pet sitting, taking care of a preschooler and doing housework. I am also part of team of family members that care for our elderly and fragile grandparents. I am also a fiber artist (crochet and knitting) and sell my projects online and at 4-8 hour craft markets some weekends. I’m able to work my schedule around your needs EXCEPT for Tues and Wens DAYS! I have a lot experience with special medical needs pets. This has made me vigilant in assuring multiple times a day that the pets environment is free from risks. I makes sure they are comfortable, and try hard to keep them relaxed as being with a stranger can cause stress.
