About: I’m the owner of Barnyard Pet Retreat. I do dog/cat boarding out of my own home. It’s my full time job so I’ll be with them at all times. I have multiple dogs of my own and I am home full time. So, your fur babies will be monitored and loved at all times! I have a great potty routine that my dogs are currently on. I have anywhere from small dogs to big dogs in my household so your fur baby will have a lot of company. I can cage your dogs if needed or my own for your fur baby’s comfort.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover based on a 10-acre homestead in Pageland, SC. I specialize in structured, safe boarding with supervised outdoor time and secure indoor accommodations. We have a brand-new 6-foot wooden privacy fence enclosing our backyard, providing a secure area for dogs to exercise, stretch, and explore during supervised potty breaks and play sessions. Guests stay in our large climate-controlled sunroom outfitted with seven kennels, giving each dog their own secure space to rest comfortably between outdoor time, meals, and enrichment. Crate rotation and routine breaks are built into our daily schedule, ensuring dogs have consistency and predictability. Crate & House Access Policy • Crating is standard when we are away or sleeping, and during rest periods. • Potty breaks are offered approximately every 2 hours during waking hours. • For older, calm, fully house-trained, non-destructive, and cat-friendly dogs, free-roam house access may be considered on a case-by-case basis with owner request and compatibility assessment. • Dogs with separation anxiety, destructive tendencies, or unsafe habits (counter-surfing, door-bolting, etc.) will remain on our structured crate schedule for their safety. Experience & Approach I’ve owned and cared for everything from hedgehogs and geckos to chickens, horses, and working-breed dogs. I’m comfortable with: • Medication administration (oral or topical) • Senior dogs • Puppies & house-training stages • Reactive or shy personalities • High-energy dogs who require clear routines • Multi-dog coexistence and safe rotations My husband runs his own business and is home most of the time, ensuring someone is almost always present for supervision, potty break intervals, and routine care. I am home evenings and weekends, and we work together to provide structure, security, and consistent monitoring. Whether a pup thrives with structured crate rest or enjoys calm, supervised sunroom naps, we tailor stays responsibly rather than one-size-fits-all. I work full-time as an insurance producer in Monroe, NC from 8–5, Monday through Friday. I’m home all day on weekends, and during the week, my husband is at our homestead full-time and helps provide care and supervision. Since we work as a team, your pets will never be left alone for long periods. I’m also available for morning or evening drop-ins and walks depending on location and schedule! We live on a peaceful 10-acre homestead. We do not allow free play with other pets - so you know that your furry friend is safe and sound the entire stay! They will have supervised playtime with other pups from the same household, or with just our staff! Our top priority is a safe stay.

About: I love animals and I know people say that but I truly do. I have been working with animals since I could walk and I’ve never not had a pet whether it was a dog cat or hamster I’ve even had snakes. I now have a new dog and a cat and I would love to help others with there animals when needed because I understand completely that it is needed a lot. I currently work in landscaping so my hours are 6 in the morning and we’re usually off by 5 maybe 6 and occasionally I get off earlier or have daysoff. I am also free on weekends I have church on Sundays but that only takes about an hour of the day. I have 2 pets in my own home now so it’s a lot easier to do house sitting instead of in home care and my boyfriend watches my animals while I’m away. I am free to spend the night at anytime and even just sit with the animals for hours on end and the animals will always come first before any other plans.

About: I’ve been working with dogs for 6 years, but they’ve been my biggest passion since I was little. I have a certification in dog training, have taken a first aid class, and have experience with all kinds of pups! Dogs are my full-time job, which means your pup gets all of my time and attention! My day revolves around the care of my furr-ends! I have a fenced in yard and have a room in my home dedicated to the care of my clients! I have large comfy kennel spaces for each of my guests but if your pup happens to be social and non-destructive I would allow them to free-roam!

About: I have had cats and dogs my whole life, haven’t yet met an animal that didn’t like me. I have experience with difficult dogs, nervous and overly excitable fur missiles. I’m willing to work with them as long as I feel safe to do so but im not a trainer, I don’t know how to make them unlearn bad behaviors and learn good ones. Right now I don’t have a regular full time job, I have been searching and applying but no offers as of yet. I have no kids or pets of my own so I’m available at nearly any time, from drop-in visits to overnight sitting. I understand letting a stranger into your home is unsettling, I don’t take it for granted and I’ll do my best to respect your home and pets. I don’t currently have my own home, I live with others so I’m unable to board pets. It tends to be less stress anyways for the pet to stay home where they are in a familiar environment. Unless they have a rigid routine involving sleeping in your bed with you, and won’t go to bed otherwise, I tend to stay on the couch.

About: Hello i just started this service but i had dogs all my life and many dogs of my friends i used to take care off. So i am well aware of how to take care of multiple dogs and also this is my fill time job now and i will look around with utmost care and oh yeah i love playing with them. So i promise they wont be bored at all. About: Update: I will not be available Oct 27 - Nov 2 and Nov 9-13. This has happened to me and it is so very unfortunate I have to say this...If you have a senior dog, please let me know of any changes to their health!!!!! If you believe your pup is nearing end of life, PLEASE do not ask me to keep your dog. It is very heartbreaking and your pet wants YOU and needs YOU during his or her last days because YOU are their entire world. I love dogs!! I've fostered many dogs and volunteered at many shelters. I've had seniors and even fostered one with spina bifida. My first two loves were English Bulldogs. I have lots of experience with them and know that smooshy face breeds are much more delicate than other breeds. I absolutly love them! I'm not good with extremely energtic dogs, but can handle anything else. I am semi-retired. I currently work part time on Friday and Sundays with an occasional third day, so I am home a lot. I have plenty of time to devote to your pooch. In my home, I care for your pet just as I care for mine. Of course, with your direction implemented also. I do have a pool, so I will need to know how your dog is around pools, or if they have zero experience with pools, I will need to know that as well.
