“Jimena and her daughter are delightful dog sitters! This is an incredibly clean place. Beautiful outdoor space shade and then a great indoor kennel that’s quite large. Clean beds everywhere everything neat and clean. I was comfortable, leaving our princess pup there. Only 7 pounds are a little Papillion velt comfortable especially in a care of the owner. Lots of photos and check-in. Highly recommend.”

About: I have always had a dog since the age of 5. I have trained and taken care of dogs basically my whole life! However, I don’t train, just have done the basics with mine :) I’m here to take care of your pet, and provide ease of mind so you can enjoy whatever you may be doing! I am currently a stay at home mom! I have a small, Maltese, male dog myself, so taking care of a pet is part of our routine! We go on walks and can allow for your pet to lounge and be lazy if needed too! My schedule is flexible, however there may be times I am gone for 2-4 hours at a time. My dog is very easy and flexible, so if yours is too, this is the perfect place! We do not have a fence, but we have a place where we can go on walks in our neighborhood. It’s very dog friendly! If your dog needs to be crated, they can be crated here. My dog is crated at times, but can also stay out, so if yours is trained, I am happy to let them stay out in the house. I can feed your pet at anytime, and provide multiple walks during the day depending on the need. I have a lazy dog, who enjoys sleeping most of the day, so I am able to meet your dogs varied needs!

About: Hello! My name is Kelley and I have lots of furry children. I have four Siberian Huskies and they make life fun and adventurous! I have experience working with cats and dogs of all sizes and behaviors. I also have experience caring for rabbits as I have my own. Growing up I volunteered at the VCA Adoption center where we took care of the animals looking for homes and spent a few years of my adult life volunteering and running a rescue. I absolutely love animals and treat all exactly as I would want someone to treat my own. 😁 I am available most evenings after 4PM or anytime on Thursdays. I try to be as flexible as I can for last minute bookings to assist in any way I can. My entire front yard is fenced in with 6ft chain link fencing. It has a mini agility course as a fun activity for the dogs. I also have extra crates and can crate if/when needed. If I am coming to your home I will treat it and your pets with love and respect.

“Melissa was great. We were traveling with our dog and wanted to bike the Virginia Creeper Trail. Melissa's house was about 20 min from the bike rental shop in Damascus, and it worked out perfectly to drop off our dog for a few hours while we biked. She has a big fenced in the back yard.”

About: Hi! My name is Chesnut. I’m kind and compassionate and will love caring for your furry buddy. I have grown up taking care of my family’s dogs and have two of my own for the last five years. P.s. If you have a really active dog, I love taking dogs on runs or hikes or long walks. I work from home so available all week long. On weekends my husband and I tend to go hiking, so if the dogs enjoy hikes we will take them, but if not then we can adjust our schedules. We have an unfenced yard for potty breaks (leashed), but will take the dogs to the local dog park for exercise or on leashed walks/hikes.

About: I love animals! I was raised around animals all of my life. My parents had a hobby farm, complete with dogs, cats, chickens, goats, cows, emu's, sheep, ducks, pigs, etc. We bred and raised dogs of all kinds: huskies, dalmatians, chihuahuas, beagles, labs, golden retrievers, pugs, and so on. Since my childhood, I've helped feed, care for, and even administer medicine to our animals. I moved to Lexington KY in the Fall of 2010 and decided to take care of others' furry friends while they're away. I started and ran my own dog walking and pet sitting business for 7 years. I ended up closing down to do some traveling. But I sure miss getting out and spending time with my furry friends. Whether you're at work, on vacation, or just out for the day, it will be my Joy to take care of your pets. About: I have many yrs experience with Dogs and many other exotic animals care and well being. I have an education in training and experience in medical assessment of you furry friends. My goal is not just keeping your pet safe but also be engaging and fun for them I am currently in the long process of new certification classes that are set by my own scheduling. So I can customize my schedule for my customers. Personalized one on one care. I can only house dogs that are friendly with other dogs, I stive to provide custom care that fits your needs and your pets. I have a background in emergency medical care and animal health assessment(so if any issues do arise I am highly qualified to deal with them) also I have lots of room outdoors for exercise and enrichment. My w9rk partner Alfie is cordial and a great companion for some good positive Socialization.

About: I currently do not have any pets, but have had multiple throughout the years. I am excited to gain more experience and to take care of pups or cats. I currently work as a remote event planning intern, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with pups! I have free time throughout the day and evenings, while being home for work! I can do whatever you feel comfortable with when caring for your pet. I have a fenced yard and can take them on walks or can crate, if needed.

About: I have been fostering & training animals for rescues and shelters since 2009. I enjoy fostering because it helps more animals in the long run, I am great with animals that are unruly & have vet technician experience, so you can be sure your animal is in great hands when at my home or in my care, I love cats, dogs & caged animals & will go above and beyond for them. I can do things that most animal caretakers aren’t comfortable with, such as administer medications, light training, cleaning, bathing, grooming, even go pet shopping if needed! I will treat your babies as my own 😊 I have a huge yard & I live a few miles from a park with a walking trail. I own my business and work from home on my own schedule so I can work around my animal care schedule if needed. I have a 6 month old but can and will refrain from contact if needed. I have pets of my own as well as fosters at any given time, however my house is split level and plenty big enough to separate my animals from visiting one's to ensure safety.
