“Our babies absolutely love Lori! Max and Sas were taken care of in a loving environment and were treated so well?. We were a bit apprehensive to leave our fur babies with anyone but we were in a bit of a bind ( holidays). We had never used Rover and had just moved to Va from Nevada. We talked to Lori and asked a ton of questions. Like who would be around them, how often they would be let out to go potty, etc… after a few text and a few phone calls we felt she would be a perfect fit for our pups! We were so happy we made the decision to go with her! Our boys absolutely love her and love staying over night! After the first stay we went back for a quick visit just to say hello…They were both in a hurry to get out of the car (tails wagging) this made us so very happy to see they were happy to see her. We will definitely use her every time for boarding or anything she has to offer like dog sitting all of our babies. Lauren took good care of Rufus, who has terrible separation anxiety. I was so pleased to see the photos she sent that showed he was relaxing a bit. When he wouldn't eat the food I brought, she went above and beyond to make his kibble more enticing. The only reason I don't give her 5 stars is because she doesn't have any fenced area. Rufus a country dog who rarely walks on a leash, so no fencing is always a major concern for me. Lauren managed it well.
We were so fortunate to come across Kim on Rover. Our boarder that we previously left our fur baby with moved out of state, and we struggled to find a new place that we were comfortable with. This made it impossible for work trips or vacations. Kim eased our minds immediately when we pulled in and introduced our boy to her. He loved her from minute one. She sent daily updates and pictures during our week away, which allowed me relax and enjoy my week without my boy. I could tell by the pictures that he was having a blast. Knowing that we have a place that treats our fur baby like we do, makes me so happy. You can’t go wrong leaving your beloved pups with Kim and her husband. They are amazing!!
Kim was so great watching our pup. She provided lots of updates and amazing photos of our dog having the best time. Our dog did not want to leave when I picked her up! It was so nice knowing that our dog was in the best hands, will definitely book again in the future!
