About: I’ve taken care of my personal dogs as well as friends and family dogs for years now. I am experienced with dogs of all sizes, as well as all personalities. I am familiar with low energy and high energy breeds, and know how to cater to each of them. I also specialize in dogs that have anxiety as well as reactivity, and know how to monitor their behavior and understand them in a way that most humans and other animals do not. I currently work full time, Monday-Friday so all animals would need to be able to be home alone for around 8-9 hours during the weekdays. My current hours are 6:30am-3pm, so I make a point to be available in the morning before I leave for work, and then after I return from work. This also applies to drop-ins. I make a point to be fully available on weekends since I am away often during the weekdays, but am also home early enough during the week that I can spend the afternoon, evening, and night with your furry little ones. I will care for your pets by following the owners’ and pets’ needs, I never stray from instructions. I will ensure safety precautions are always taken, as your animals safety is my highest priority.

About: Even before my family adopted our beloved cat, Tiger, and dog, Uschi, — who lived to be 17 and 18 years old respectively — I was my neighborhood’s go-to pet sitter starting at age 8. As an avid traveler, I have understand how stressful it is to leave your beloved furry family behind, especially when they have special needs. Whether leaving town for a well-earned vacation or tending to urgent family matters, it’s imperative to have peace of mind that your pet is in loving, caring hands. I provided solo care for my geriatric cat and dog in the final year of their lives and truly experienced the range of treatment requirements that often occur. Without the trusted help of family and friends, it would have been impossible to take necessary work trips during that time and I seek to provide the same care to whomever I can. While this stage of my life doesn’t allow me have another cat or dog, I hope that I can bring my skills to help your family when you need! I am in a transitory period between jobs (overseas) and am thus at the disposal of your pets’ requirements. Every animal requires different intervals of care and I can accommodate almost anything. I can do just about anything your pet needs: crating, administering meds, putting a diaper and suspenders on (as I did for my sweet dog)… you name it, I have either done it or can easily learn. It is important that their routine and care continues even in your absence!

From age 6 to 16, I learned more than just commands—I learned how to connect with dogs, understand their behavior, and earn their trust. I have a fully fenced-in backyard for safe outdoor play, but I never leave any dog unattended outside—supervision is always a must, even in a secure space. I believe in providing a safe, structured, and loving environment for every pet in my care. I share my home with my golden retriever, Gracie, who is super friendly and loves making new doggy friends. I also have two sweet female cats. All of my pets are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, and used to sharing their space calmly and respectfully. Whether your dog is staying for a visit or just dropping by for playtime, you can feel confident knowing they’ll be safe, supervised, and treated like part of the family.

About: Hello fur parents! My name is Jay and I’m so grateful you’re letting me hang out with your baby for a bit! I like dogs for more than I like people and have trained my own dogs- house breaking, therapy dog training, tricks, even retraining one dog to like men again after a scare during one of her puppy fear periods. I can’t wait to meet your baby! I’m accustomed to all sizes and breeds- I have raised and trained black labs, Siberian huskies, golden retrievers, boarder doodles, and mix breeds (my own and then I help my extended family train their dogs as well). The more fur, the more yap, the more jumping up and down, the more kisses, the better in my opinion! I am quite flexible at this time and am willing to work with you and your babies to make sure they are well loved and taken care of! However you wish for your baby to be taken care of, that is what I will do! I have a 6 year old Shiz-Tzu mix that I would be thrilled to bring along if your baby would like company.

About: I have watched over family members dogs before and have had to give dogs IV drips and injections so I understand the importance of having someone who will properly tend to your pets needs with compassion. I am a full time student at Loyola University and so I have a pretty flexible schedule to tend to cater to someone’s scheduling needs. I am currently living in the Universities dorms so I cannot have pets, but I have always lived in a home with one or more pets and love to share a space with them.
