“There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe Joanne. She is extremely wonderful, compassionate, and truly the best of the best! Her love for all furbabies is outstanding. Our Nala is a "skittish cat" to begin with and hides all the time so we told Joanne you probably won't see her but we really do have a cat ?. She took the time to sing to her, look for her and truly cared for her every need. She sent us her report every day with a picture of food dishes, a fake cat pillow and finally she caught her. Through her wit and " shenanigans" lol she was able to get a picture of Nala. We laughed for hours and it made us feel so at ease and we knew Nala had met her match. I highly recommend Joanne and as I said before... She is the best of the best!”

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. I was the little kid that visited the neighbors just to see their dogs. I have dog sat on many occasions. I am very detail oriented and love abiding by schedules. I do not mind the size of the dog either. The more dogs you have the better. I will gladly meet the dog(s) beforehand to see if they are comfortable with me. Other pets are also welcome too! The most animals I have watched at one time was three dogs and one cat. I am not opposed to light cleaning for the animals when necessary. Any routines you have for feeding or walking will always be followed. If you have any questions please ask me. About: I've been around animals since I was a child, my first job was working in a pet grooming salon.. I've taken care of family and friends pets for over 20 yrs. I enjoy being around all animals. I currently have 2 dogs & 3 cats of my own and I will treat your fur kids as if they were my own. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
