About: Hi, I’m Christian! By day, I’m a student, but by heart, I’m an animal lover and your pet’s new bestie. (My friends will tell you I’m the person who stops mid-conversation to say hi to a passing dog—no shame!) With over 15 years of experience caring for pets of all ages, personalities, and needs, I’ve done it all: administering medications, eye drops, and special diets; fostering animals; and even rescuing strays off the streets in Puerto Rico. From playful puppies and shy cats to bunnies, turtles, and chickens, I’ve cared for them all. But beyond my skills, I bring a lot of heart, energy, and humor to pet sitting. Whether it’s a belly rub session, an extra-long sniffing walk, or a funny photoshoot to capture your pet’s personality, I’m here to make sure your fur baby feels loved, happy, safe, and completely at ease. Let’s make their time with me as fun and stress-free as possible! As a student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to prioritize your fur baby’s care! While I have classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, I’m available for morning visits, evening snuggles, and weekend fun. Whether it’s a midday walk, a quick drop-in visit, or some playtime at the park, I’ll make sure your pet gets the love and attention they need. Let’s work together to create a schedule that works for you and your furry friend! When it comes to caring for your pets, their happiness, safety, and comfort are my top priorities. Whether I’m in your home or hosting them in mine, I make sure they feel loved, secure, and—of course—a little spoiled. I’ll stick to their routine, whether it’s meal times, favorite walking routes, or that special spot on the couch they’ve claimed as their throne. From potty breaks to playtime, belly rubs to head scratches, I’ve got it all covered. I also respect your home as if it were my own. If there are any accidents, I’m happy to clean them up (with your permission, of course!). You’ll return to a tidy space and a happy, relaxed pet ready to greet you. Plus, I’ll keep you updated with fun photos and messages so you can see just how much fun we’re having together. Whether your fur baby needs extra snuggles, playtime, or just some quiet TLC, I’m here to make sure they feel right at home.

About: Hi there! My name is Lauryn, and I’m a dedicated pet care professional with over four years of experience in both professional and volunteer animal care. I’ve had the joy of working with dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and energy levels—from playful puppies to senior pets requiring extra TLC. I pride myself on being a loving, responsible, and fun caregiver, always ensuring your furry family members feel safe, happy, and well cared for. With professional training in basic animal medical care, including medication administration and pet CPR certification, you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in capable hands. Whether your pet needs a leisurely stroll, an energetic adventure, or just some extra love and attention while you’re away, I’m here to provide top-quality care tailored to their needs. Let’s make sure your pet gets the best care possible! I’d love to meet you and your furry friend—reach out anytime! I am available from Sunday- Wednesday 9am- 2pm every other week; and Sunday-Wednesday 9am-8pm. I work at an animal emergency hospital so I will be out of the city outside of these times. Depending on if I am able to take the pet with me to work at the emergency hospital which they allow I can provide the proper care when it comes to at home sitting and walkings. I am very skilled at walking hyperactive dogs. I do not under any circumstances allow dogs to be off leash, Only if it is in a fenced reserved area. This is for many reasons mainly the dogs safety and others. On hot days I collapsible water bowls, and bags to pick up after them. I do not allow interactions with other unknown animals due to contracted diseases, illnesses or fleas (No kennel cough on my watch!!), or unknown reactions of other dogs. When it comes to house sitting or visits, I make sure the parent provides a list of (contact information, preferred food, possible health conditions, medications needed to be administered, toys they like, commands, emergency primary veterinarian contact, placed they don’t like to be petted, etc). I like to have daily check ups or however many times the parent wants to check up on them or updates. I am able to provide Zoom calls or FaceTime calls with the animal if needed. As for daily physical activity, if there is a specific reserved area or park where there aren’t many dogs and your animal is well trained, we may go play at the park or out for a run for a short time. The safety and happiness of your furry loved one is my first priority when in my care!

About: I used to take care of my mom’s dog while I lived with her, so I’m very comfortable with daily routines and giving pets the attention they need. Every morning, I’d take him to the park for playtime and a 30-minute walk, and I always made sure he was fed on time. He was scared of the groomer, so I learned how to brush and bathe him at home to keep him clean and comfortable. That experience taught me how to be patient and gentle, especially with pets that are a little nervous. I treat every pet like they’re my own and really try to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I’m doing Rover full time right now, so pet care is a big part of my everyday life. My schedule is built around the pets I’m caring for—whether it’s walks, drop-ins, or boarding. I plan my day to make sure they get enough attention, playtime, and consistency. Since this is my main focus, I have the flexibility to give each pet the time and care they need. When I do dog walks or drop-in visits, safety and trust are my top priorities. I always make sure pets are secure on their leash and check that harnesses or collars fit properly before we head out. I stick to safe walking routes and keep a close eye on their behavior and surroundings. During drop-in visits, I follow the owner’s instructions carefully—whether it’s feeding, playtime, medication, or just keeping them company. I always make sure doors are locked, everything is cleaned up, and the pet is comfortable before I leave. I also send regular updates so pet parents know their pets are happy and in good hands.

“Ellen took great care of my two cats. I really appreciated her feedback on them each day, and her patience with them, as they are shy with new people. I will definitely be using Ellen for cat care again.”
