About: I grew up in an animal shelter. Sounds crazy right? Well, it's true. My mom has always worked around animals(and still does) so I was always right by her side. Whether it be at animal shelters, helping with adoptions, walking, feeding, giving medications. Anything to be involved ! Then she became a Veterinarian. So of course, when I got old enough, I worked at her clinic. I've truely worked with animals my whole life and have always had animals of my own. I am currently working as an Animal Rescue Coordinator each day but would love to further my pet care business . My fur babies are my children and I treat them as so. You will always be able to find comfort knowing that I will treat your fur babies with the same love and care as my own! My favorite thing to do is spend time with my 3 dogs. A few things we love doing are going to the dog park, playing fetch, frisbee, going to the lake to swim, agility, hiking, and of course getting frozen yogurt! I would be more than happy to spend time with your pup doing these things. I'm sure they deserve it! I can't wait to spoil your pup and put your mind at ease knowing he/she is loved, safe, and happy while you're away. Your fur babies deserve the best! I currently work part time in VetMed so my schedule is fairly flexible. I have a small hobby farm of my own with several different types of pets that I love caring for. However, I love working with other pets and providing an established routine and relationship, as well. I will be available most weekdays and some weekends. I care for pets in my home/client’s home as if they were my own. They are allowed on furniture/beds if the owner is okay with this. I have doggy gates for separation of other animals if needed. Pets are never left unattended in my home. If I must leave for any reason, your pet must be kenneled in my home. In your home, I will adhere to your routine and guidelines of course.
About: I have taken care of many dogs for family and friends in the Austin area for overnight trips, emergency trips, and day to day care. We can stick to a familiar walking route, visit a dog park if you’re comfortable with that, or add games like fetch and playtime when your pup needs more energy burned than a walk alone. For boarding in my home: I have a fenced-in yard, access to a neighborhood dog park, two friendly cats, and a 15-lb fluffy white dog who absolutely loves other animals. I’ll always take your pet’s personality and comfort level into account when deciding how much interaction they have with my pets. For house sitting: I treat your home with the same respect I’d want someone to show mine — keeping things clean, respecting your space, and following your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. I especially love house sitting because I can work on my online master’s program while keeping your pet company, taking plenty of breaks for walks, playtime, cuddles, and attention.
