“Diego was fantastic with Aya, and this was our first time using him. What set him apart was how he communicated while we were away — genuine, detailed updates instead of just check-in photos. When Aya’s face and paws started acting up, he didn’t just mention it and move on. He went deep: researched remedies, explained exactly what he was using (ear solution, fish oil, medicated wipes and shampoo) and why, and even drew on what worked for his own dog’s similar issues. That kind of initiative and care is rare. He also went above and beyond with things like cleaning up and doing laundry without being asked. When we picked Aya up, she was noticeably calm and clearly had a great time — you could just tell she’d been well looked after. We felt completely at ease traveling knowing she was with him, and we’re already planning to have him as her regular sitter going forward. Highly recommend Diego to anyone looking for a sitter who treats your dog like their own.”
