Avrielle did an exceptional job caring for our kitten while we were away. She was reliable, punctual, and followed all of our care instructions perfectly. We were so impressed with the attention and care she provided, from feeding and playing with our kitten to cleaning the litter box. Araceli was absolutely wonderful! She showed up on time every day, made sure to let me know that all tasks were completed, and sent daily photos of all my babies which goes a long way when you’re on vacation missing them! Jessica was great with Berkley! Great communication and very reliable. She took him on lots of walks which is his favorite thing to do. I could tell by all the pictures and videos that he really enjoyed his time with her. I would highly recommend her and will definitely use her again.

During the visit my dogs were more nervous than usual and needed a little extra time to warm up. What stood out was that she went above and beyond. She picked up food and water from Target curbside due to our unforeseen situation. That level of effort and follow through meant a lot. Due to my dogs being a bit anxious, I truly appreciate her communication, professionalism, and the extra care she showed.
