About: I have taken care of all kinds of dogs from small to big dogs and have stayed in a lot of homes and never had any issues. I'm working full time , so occasional drop ins to let them out and feed them when I can and then being able to stay the night will help my routine. I always try to keep my home clean and safe for all people and pets and leave my the house I'm staying in better than when I got there.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I grew up with a black lab at home and now my family has another black lab. I have done extensive training with her and I’m now able to take her into stores and other public indoor spaces that are dog friendly. I have a passion for training dogs. I care a lot about animal health and will respect whatever rules you have for your dog or cat. I have experience with leash aggressive dogs, and dogs that are not good with other dogs. I have a calm and caring demeanor that dogs pick up on immediately. I cat sit for my best friends cat quite often. I work from home and have a pretty flexible schedule to be able to care for your animals just as you would while you’re away. I listen to the rules of the animals’ owner so they can keep up with their normal routine. They will be leashed if they are used to it, off leash if that’s what they’re used to. Animals are always the safest when you follow the same rules as their parents.

Mabel had a great time with Dean. He was responsible and our dog was definitely happy and well taken care of. Did I mention tired? Pooped. Mabel got to on hikes and wrestle with two other dogs he was taking care of. He even said Mabel slept in his bed. It was very comforting knowing our pup was well taken care of while we were at Brews & Blues all weekend. The flexibility in seeing her in the mornings was very appreciated and he was always on time.
I signed up with Alaina so we could bring our dog to Telluride with us and also camp at a dogless festival. Posey basically had her dream vacation. Hikes and swims in mountain springs, other dogs to play with, tons of love and attention. I was a little surprised she was willing to come home with us again. Alaina also went out of her way to make it convenient - picking up and dropping off and meeting us so we could visit. I can’t recommend her enough!
