About: I’ve had many dogs in my life. Right now, I’m the mom of a four year old chihuahua! I love to watch dogs for people as a fun side job/hobby. While I may be new to the app, I’ve done this my entire life. You will get the quality and trustworthy care your pet deserves. Give me a chance! You will get your moneys worth. I’m currently working part time, I don’t do much except work and spend time with my own pup lol. I basically have open availability to meet your schedule’s needs. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I have two dog tents and a kennel. I have a safe, quiet apartment where your pet will feel relaxed and at home. There’s also plenty of room to run outside.

About: I am a teacher so I am very responsible & reliable. I will give your pet or pets top notch care like he/she was my own. I am a teacher so Monday-Friday I work 8-4. About: Hi! My name is Candace and I have had a passion for helping animals for as long as I can remember. I live in a farm with plenty of space for your fur baby to stretch their legs. I have multiple walking trails and also an indoor turfed play area. I have built in indoor kennels for your overnight boarding needs and I only take a handful of pets at a time to allow ample time for exercise and lovins. If your dog is more comfortable with a free roaming indoor situation that is an option on a case by case basis. I also offer dog walking, cat care and house/pet sitting in your home when available! Do not hesitate to reach out. Pet care is my full time gig here on my farm so I have a very flexible schedule. I like to stay very active and available to pets! I have a lot of space here on my farm to allow for group play or if you have a pet that prefers their space that is totally fine too. They can have their very own space and be exercised alone. Group play will be available only to those that are non aggressive and is determined on a case by case basis. Any time a dog is not in an enclose area they are kept on a leash in hand at all times. Their safety is my very first concern. Do not hesitate to reach out to ask about any special needs your pet might have and what I could do to accommodate them.

About: I’ve cared for family, friends, and neighbors pets most of my life as well as my own! I can care for your pets like they’re my own while in the comfort of their own homes! Whatever is needed of me, I can provide.

“Deana was wonderful with my cat. She look very good care of him while I was away and gave daily updates with pictures so I knew he was happy and healthy. I would very happily use her services again.”

About: My whole life I’ve been surrounded by animals! I even had the chance to help my dad train police dogs! I worked at a doggy daycare and have nothing but absolute love for every animal, big or small. I only work 2-3 days of the week and will be going to a community college for the next 3 years, so I have some free time and I’m pretty flexible. Also I get to use this as an excuse to meet new animals!! I’m familiar with crate training, as I’ve used it on my own animals and I’m always alert and know what to look for in a animal that might be showing signs of distress or anxiety.

“Lena took very good care of my kitty who gets very sad and lonely if we are out of town for long. Oftentimes he has lost weight and yowls pitiously when we return. This time, he looked very healthy and happy, clearly having received plenty of TLC from Lena. Lena sent us pictures showing our kitty lounging with her on the bed and hanging out with her in the yard. She did a great job keeping up with his twice daily medication as well. Lena’s a gem! We will definitely book her again!”

About: I had a dog that had a liver shunt and I kept him going with medication and good loving care. He lived to be 10 years old which my vet normally they don’t live past 5 years old. I am a retired banker and it’s always been my dream to be a pet sitter. I have some back issues so I would only be able to take care of small pets up to 20 pounds. Also I would prefer that the owner of the animal have a fenced in yard as I am not able to walk long distances. I prefer to keep your pet in the owners home where the animal feels more secure and safe. I am free to stay with your pet as long as needed.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and currently have four large dogs – three of my own and one foster. I also volunteer with local animal rescues and spend many Fridays at the Dog Pound, giving all the animals love, walks, vaccinations, and sometimes even a trip to my home (I’m always joking that I’m one dog away from a divorce – but he knew what he was getting into!) Joining the Rover community lets me share my passion for caring with other pet owners. I know how hard it can be to leave your furry family members, and I’m here to provide them with the love and attention they deserve. I’ll make sure they’re happy, well cared for, and keep you updated with plenty of pictures to give you peace of mind! I’m currently staying home with my babies so I will have plenty of time to love yours! Don’t be afraid to ask about my schedule! I have a full fenced in yard. Two of my dogs are inside. One roams freely during the day with a doggy door to the outside fenced in yard. One is kenneled during the day. Both are kenneled at night. One is outside full time (unless it’s freezing cold and I have to force him inside). I also have one large kennel outside where my foster dog stays most of the time. All dogs are up to date on vaccines and receive monthly flea tick and heart guard meds. As for your home, I’m up for a meet and greet depending on what you need!

About: Hi, my name is Riley and I absolutely love dogs, so I decided to join Rover! I do have two dogs of my own, and they love making new friends. Because of my two boys, I have learned so much about what it takes to provide a happy, healthy life for a dog. From walks, to fetch, and even to just laying around getting belly rubs, I always do what I can to make dogs happy and get their tails wagging! I have a house with a big fenced in yard, and a doggy door that is open at all times to access the outside whenever! My dogs LOVE it, because they can play all day, but can come in for a power nap when they want, too. My boys and I look forward to making a new fur friend! I work Monday-Friday, 7:30-5pm. I am fortunate to have flexibility to telework, however, so I am able to be home throughout the day when necessary! I have a doggy door, as well as a fenced in yard so that the pups are able to roam freely and go outside when needed. I’m also able to crate pups, if requested, as I have 2 extra large crates!

About: Through out my high school and college years, I have been a pet-sitter in various ways for over 100 animals! From labs, to bunnies, to beagles, to cats, to even lizards, I have experience with a wide range of dogs, cats, and other animals. I have given a golden retriever their daily medicine and made sure the beagle I was watching had on his "Thunder Shirt" during a big storm. I'm not afraid of getting a little dirty and cleaning up poop or the occasional vomit, whether outside or in a litter box! I will always keep you updated on how your pet is doing, and will even send pictures and videos if you like. Whatever your pet needs, I can make sure to care for them as if it were you caring for them at home! *PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING! This summer I have a 9-5 schedule with my graduate clinical assignment and if your dog needs supervision or let out in the middle of the day, I may not be a good fit!* I am a full-time graduate student, but my schedule is typically easy to manipulate to accommodate your pet's needs! I can usually be available for mid-day potty breaks and walks. I can also match your pet's meal times, whether they have their breakfast at 5 AM or 10 AM! I can always work with you to assure that your pet's schedule fits perfectly with mine. When visiting your home to stay with your pet or take them out for a walk, I always respect boundaries in your household! I will make sure to return your pet's items to their proper location. Additionally, I will ensure that messes are cleaned up and disposed of appropriately. Your home is also your pet's home, so I strive to maintain it's condition for you and your furry loved one!

About: I’ve taken care of a wide variety of animals and would be called many peoples go-to animal watcher when they go out of town! I also am training an ESA animal! I will follow all instructions from the owner and make sure they get updates on their furry friend! I will crate them when I leave the home if that’s what you want and will make sure they have pottied before I leave your home.

“I recommend my mom as a pet sitter because she is a patient and nurturing person. She takes very well care of our family cat, especially while my brother and I are away at college.”

Candace M.Star Sitter
“Let me first start off by saying that Bear and Gus, our chocolate Labrador’s, are our children as much as those that share our DNA. We always take them with us on vacation. It does not matter where it’s at we always have them by our side and make it work. This year, we planned an impromptu beach trip (14 hours away) and had a hard time finding a pet-friendly property that had enough space for our family of 5 and our fur-boys. We spoke to Candace about the possibility of the dogs going to her or someone dog-sitting in our home and ended up deciding to drop them off to her for the week. I was a bit worried at first to leave them and that they might somehow try to run off or get away, but she reassured me they were in the best hands and would be totally fine. Our trip was fantastic and I could quickly tell the boys were A-ok with Miss Candace. She updated us throughout the trip with photos and videos of our boys living their best life on the farm! They went on several walks every day, had playtime in the building with lots of toys and balls and had comfy, plush beds to relax on at night. They stayed a total of 7 nights and looked SO happy when they were picked up! Happy, healthy boys and our oldest even lost a few pounds while “ruff’n it on the farm” with Miss Candace. She was fantastic!! We highly recommend her!”

Makenzie H.

Bethany S.

“Bethany was wonderful!!! She sent a report each visit along with pictures of our cats and gecko. It made us comfortable knowing they were in good hands.”

Deana B.

Lena C.

Jada K.

“It is 5 barks out of 5 for Jada. Our lovable Labrador "Lori" is excited to see Ms. Jada come and "pet sit" her. Just don't tell Lori she's a pet. We have used Ms. Jada several times on week long vacations and have always come home to well cared for and happy girl. Ms. Jada keeps us updated with some pictures through the week for our much needed Lori fix too! Just as important as a happy pup is the reliability of Ms. Jada and you can certainly count on her to take care of all of your pet's needs. So enjoy your vacation while your "pet" enjoys being pampered while you are gone.”

Heather B.

“Heather is super sweet and reliable. She is very caring and I know my girls are taken care of while we are gone. Thanks Heather!!”

Samantha R.
“Samantha has been helping me with my fur babies for a few years now. The first dog I ever had was a senior dog who was blind and later on lost to have all his teeth removed. 2 years ago I got a new puppy and not long after getting her I learned she had for sensitivities and seasonal allergies, with my pup Samantha makes sure that she doesn’t get into any food that could make her skin itchy and when she walks her she puts her boots on and walks her on a leash to make sure she doesn’t get grass all over her so she doesn’t have an allergic reaction. Samantha has always been so good to my babies, she treats them just like they are her own, she makes sure all their needs are met from making sure they got walked enough to taking extra time to cuddle them and play with them. She is the most dependable person I know, she has always been on time and has never canceled. With Samantha you’re beloved pets will be treated just like they’re her own.”
