About: I have raised puppies and cared for dogs. I owned 2 Belgian malinois and a German shepherd. I currently own a skepsky. I am good with big dogs. My shepsky is a very nervous dog so if you are someone who is worried about having a dog walker due to their puppy being scared I’m your girl. I am doing this on my days off from school. It is something to give me a break from studying and I really love animals. I clean my litter box daily at my own home and I ensure clean water and food for both of my cats. I am a clean person overall.

About: Hi! My name is Candace and I have had a passion for helping animals for as long as I can remember. I live in a farm with plenty of space for your fur baby to stretch their legs. I have multiple walking trails and also an indoor turfed play area. I have built in indoor kennels for your overnight boarding needs and I only take a handful of pets at a time to allow ample time for exercise and lovins. If your dog is more comfortable with a free roaming indoor situation that is an option on a case by case basis. I also offer dog walking, cat care and house/pet sitting in your home when available! Do not hesitate to reach out. Pet care is my full time gig here on my farm so I have a very flexible schedule. I like to stay very active and available to pets! I have a lot of space here on my farm to allow for group play or if you have a pet that prefers their space that is totally fine too. They can have their very own space and be exercised alone. Group play will be available only to those that are non aggressive and is determined on a case by case basis. Any time a dog is not in an enclose area they are kept on a leash in hand at all times. Their safety is my very first concern. Do not hesitate to reach out to ask about any special needs your pet might have and what I could do to accommodate them.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and currently have four large dogs – three of my own and one foster. I also volunteer with local animal rescues and spend many Fridays at the Dog Pound, giving all the animals love, walks, vaccinations, and sometimes even a trip to my home (I’m always joking that I’m one dog away from a divorce – but he knew what he was getting into!) Joining the Rover community lets me share my passion for caring with other pet owners. I know how hard it can be to leave your furry family members, and I’m here to provide them with the love and attention they deserve. I’ll make sure they’re happy, well cared for, and keep you updated with plenty of pictures to give you peace of mind! I’m currently staying home with my babies so I will have plenty of time to love yours! Don’t be afraid to ask about my schedule! I have a full fenced in yard. Two of my dogs are inside. One roams freely during the day with a doggy door to the outside fenced in yard. One is kenneled during the day. Both are kenneled at night. One is outside full time (unless it’s freezing cold and I have to force him inside). I also have one large kennel outside where my foster dog stays most of the time. All dogs are up to date on vaccines and receive monthly flea tick and heart guard meds. As for your home, I’m up for a meet and greet depending on what you need!

This summer I have a 9-5 schedule with my graduate clinical assignment and if your dog needs supervision or let out in the middle of the day, I may not be a good fit!* I am a full-time graduate student, but my schedule is typically easy to manipulate to accommodate your pet's needs! I can usually be available for mid-day potty breaks and walks. I can also match your pet's meal times, whether they have their breakfast at 5 AM or 10 AM! I can always work with you to assure that your pet's schedule fits perfectly with mine. When visiting your home to stay with your pet or take them out for a walk, I always respect boundaries in your household! I will make sure to return your pet's items to their proper location. Additionally, I will ensure that messes are cleaned up and disposed of appropriately. Your home is also your pet's home, so I strive to maintain it's condition for you and your furry loved one!

About: I have more than a decade experience caring for pets from puppy to senior. I'm comfortable administering medication and can make accomodations for maximum comfort. My home sits on the Coal River and provides a serene setting for your pup's stay. I'm currently working part-time which allows me the availability to play with your pup and take for walks. Booking three days in advance is preferred. When I'm away, the dogs have plenty of toys for play and soft places to nap while doggy TV is on. I have a good sized fenced yard and pet friendly sunroom and family room and two friendly dogs that can play with your pup! We have a gravity water bowl and can follow any special feeding instructions. There are two cats in the home. There is a self-service dog wash in town we can use if ever needed in a muddy situation and you feel comfortable with me transporting your dog in my car.

About: I’ve cared for family, friends, and neighbors pets most of my life as well as my own! That, on top of an entire summer’s worth of volunteer time at the animal shelter, has prepared me for anything and provided me with the education I need to care for you babies! I currently work a part time job working 4pm-11pm on weekdays and 11am-5pm on Saturdays with my Sundays off! Providing me with the time to care for your pets most of the day! I can care for your pets like they’re my own while in the comfort of their own homes! Whatever is needed of me, I can provide.
