About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs all my life for friends and family. My fur babies are back home with my parents. After college, I moved from LA to WV. This app allows me to get my dose of puppy/kitty loving!! Working full time with breaks to go home as needed. Your babies will be well looked after regardless of the type of care chosen (walks, overnight stays, etc.) I live in a safe neighborhood with several neighborhood pets. We've recently renovated our attached brick garage into a dedicated boarding space designed to provide a safe, comfortable, low-stress environment for your pets. Unlike many boarding facilities, we only board one family's pets at a time. Whether you have one dog, multiple dogs, dogs and cats together or just cats, your family will be our only boarding guests during their stay! This allows us to provide more individualized care while reducing stress and eliminating interactions with unfamiliar animals. Each guest has access to a spacious 8' x 6' x 4' kennel, but they're not required to stay inside it. The kennel can remain open, giving them the option to relax in their own secure space or enjoy the larger boarding area. Comfortable bedding, including a traditional dog bed and raised cooling cot, is provided! Someone is almost always home, and we work remotely, allowing for frequent interaction, supervision, and additional attention for pets who need it. Security cameras are also in place throughout the boarding area and outside our home for added safety and peace of mind! We provide treats, enrichment, and natural chews (with owner approval) and do our best to follow your pet's normal routine. Whether they have a specific feeding schedule, medication schedule, bedtime routine, or exercise preferences, we'll work to keep things as familiar as possible! We found this app last minute before our trip out of town and Sandra got back to us, scheduled a meet and greet and accepted our two fur babies for the weekend. About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and currently have four large dogs – three of my own and one foster. I also volunteer with local animal rescues and spend many Fridays at the Dog Pound, giving all the animals love, walks, vaccinations, and sometimes even a trip to my home (I’m always joking that I’m one dog away from a divorce – but he knew what he was getting into!) Joining the Rover community lets me share my passion for caring with other pet owners. I know how hard it can be to leave your furry family members, and I’m here to provide them with the love and attention they deserve. One is outside full time (unless it’s freezing cold and I have to force him inside). I also have one large kennel outside where my foster dog stays most of the time. All dogs are up to date on vaccines and receive monthly flea tick and heart guard meds. As for your home, I’m up for a meet and greet depending on what you need!
“Laura was an excellent care provider of our dog, Happy! Happy got sick the day after we left town… He developed pancreatitis…The vet thought from the cicadas he had eaten the days before. Laura checked with us and took him to the ER (vet) because she saw blood in his diarrhea. They kept him for two days for IVs, meds, etc. when he started eating, she was able to take him home and took excellent care of him as though he was her own dog. She cooked chicken, and rice to help him start eating again. Her dog, ‘BOO’ watched over Happy also. She kept us informed with videos and texts every day. When we got back home, Happy was clearly feeling well at Laura‘s home and happy being with BOO. Laura keeps a sharp eye on the dogs. We definitely recommend her!!!”

I have multiple walking trails and also an indoor turfed play area. I have built in indoor kennels for your overnight boarding needs and I only take a handful of pets at a time to allow ample time for exercise and lovins. If your dog is more comfortable with a free roaming indoor situation that is an option on a case by case basis. I also offer dog walking, cat care and house/pet sitting in your home when available! I have a lot of space here on my farm to allow for group play or if you have a pet that prefers their space that is totally fine too. They can have their very own space and be exercised alone. This allows us to provide more individualized care while reducing stress and eliminating interactions with unfamiliar animals. Each guest has access to a spacious 8' x 6' x 4' kennel, but they're not required to stay inside it. The kennel can remain open, giving them the option to relax in their own secure space or enjoy the larger boarding area. Comfortable bedding, including a traditional dog bed and raised cooling cot, is provided! Someone is almost always home, and we work remotely, allowing for frequent interaction, supervision, and additional attention for pets who need it. Security cameras are also in place throughout the boarding area and outside our home for added safety and peace of mind! We provide treats, enrichment, and natural chews (with owner approval) and do our best to follow your pet's normal routine. “Laura was an excellent care provider of our dog, Happy! Happy got sick the day after we left town… He developed pancreatitis…The vet thought from the cicadas he had eaten the days before. Laura checked with us and took him to the ER (vet) because she saw blood in his diarrhea. They kept him for two days for IVs, meds, etc. when he started eating, she was able to take him home and took excellent care of him as though he was her own dog. She cooked chicken, and rice to help him start eating again. Her dog, ‘BOO’ watched over Happy also. She kept us informed with videos and texts every day. When we got back home, Happy was clearly feeling well at Laura‘s home and happy being with BOO. Laura keeps a sharp eye on the dogs. We definitely recommend her!!!”
