About: I’ve worked a cumulative of 5yrs in vet care before becoming a nurse. I have experience with both the medical care and boarding care of cats and dogs. In the past I have house-sat for clients with 4+ animals and provided walks, playtime, meals and even medications for 3+ days at a time. I also have experience raising puppies from 6months of age. While dogs are my favorite, cats hold a special place in my heart. Currently we have two big, loving fluff ball's of our own. I’m currently working part time so I will have plenty of time to play with, walk, and give potty breaks to your lovable four legged family members. I’m typically available between 7am and 7pm. When I first meet a dog or cat I approach them with caution. I want them to feel as comfortable as possible with a new person in their home. Once they’re comfortable with me I like to give a lot of positive reinforcement with love and treats. I have experience in low-stress handling as well. Happy to take dogs out for potty breaks, walks, and play time. Also happy to care for cats.

About: I have a 5 year old husky and pitbull mixed dog named xena as well as a 9 year Old cat named Lilly! I was raised around animals (dogs and cats) we would take litters and rehabilitate them until they were ready to go to their forever homes and we would also rescue cats and dogs and rehabilitate them as well! I am looking to be a full time pet care provider! I only have to take care of my dog as well! I look forward to giving you all the assistance and helping as much as I can! About: I have had pets for over 40 years. My menagerie has included cats, dogs, chickens & pigs! Love all my babies! They live with me from the time they enter my life until the passage of old age. My oldest cat died 1 week of 21 years. I adopted her at 3 months. I have given insulin to one of my cats that was diabetic until she passed d/t the illness. I am currently hospice caring my Pom Bre who is 16 1/2 yrs old. Start & end my days feeding my 4 inside cats, 3 catico cats & 2 dogs. I will be retiring from nursing in July after 41 years of Nursing. Will allow more time devoting to pet sitting & rescue. My babies have free run of the house. I place a pad down in the shower when at work for dogs to use if needed as dogs are 12 & 16 1/2. Dogs are walked every morning & evening, more often on wkends. They get occasional car rides as a treat. They are fed twice a day & Bre gets her thyroid medicine twice a day as well. We play inside with various toys. Cats are treated the same except outside walks. Monthly grooming for dogs & brushing for cats. I also kept Gizzy a dog who's parents had orders to Okinawa & he couldn't go due to age & being quarantined for 6 mths going & coming. He stayed with me for almost 3 yrs.

About: Horses. Currently have 2 horses and have been around them since I was 3. Have only had my 2 since 2010. Also have 2 dogs that were originally from the Wake County Animal Center and fostered by me and have experience administering medication as needed for multiple species.
