“Laura was absolutely wonderful during this trip. Unfortunately, while we were away our vet called with some bad news. I contacted Laura immediately and asked her if she could shuttle all of the cats to the vet for testing and she did without complaint. Laura gave out daily meds, made sure everyone was eating/drinking, cleaned litter boxes, and sanitized in order to keep everyone healthy. I cannot say enough good things about her and I am so thankful for her help.”

Also have 2 dogs that were originally from the Wake County Animal Center and fostered by me and have experience administering medication as needed for multiple species. He's pretty much a one-on-one little guy and generally misses me a lot when I'm gone and is excessively happy and hyper for a bit upon my return. Baxter was happy when I returned, and much calmer and relaxed than usual. He obviously bonded with Jordan in a good way and it was noticeable that he missed her for a few days. I have a friendly Golden Retriever who is used to being around other dogs, and I always do slow, careful introductions to ensure everyone is comfortable. I follow your dog’s routine closely, including feeding, walks, and any special instructions. Dogs in my care are treated like family, and I provide regular updates and photos so you feel at ease while you’re away.
