About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and really started to help take care of them when I was around 15. I dog sit for family and for friends whenever they need and have always enjoyed it! Pet care for me is whenever I’m available. I do work part time and I’m a full time student but even if I am busy I can make time for your fur baby! I won’t be able to care for dogs in my own home because I am in an apartment. I will take care of the animal however the owner (you) recommends, and will make sure the animal gets a lot of love/attention! :)

We usually have our family members take care of our dog when we're gone, but this time we we're going on a family vacation and we had no one that we knew who was available. We found Alexis on Rover and she had great reviews, but I was nervous since our girl will growl at strangers in our home. Alexis came to meet our pup, and after a while Elsa became comfortable with her and that put my nerves at ease. We appreciated Alexis texts/messages that kept us updated on how Elsa (and our tortoise) were doing while we were gone. Faith was great! However, we just moved to Clovis, so my dog has been stubborn. Faith was unable to get him out of our bedroom. She ended up cancelling that night because she was supposed to come the next day as well. I did really appreciate her honesty because she said she didn't want to get paid since she wasn't able to provide the services I needed.
Dear, dear Rita got double duty this trip. We added a second dog, who's a sweet elderly old guy with incontinence issues. Rita took it in stride, even managing to diaper the dogger successfully, which I hadn't been able to do. As always, the dogs were happy, and everything thing was taken care of. I have complete faith in her abilities, and so appreciate her!
