What sets me apart is my lifelong experience with a wide range of animals and my ability to adapt to each pet’s unique needs. I’ve cared for both large and small dogs my entire life, growing up with four big dogs—including a German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Sheltie, and Catahoula. I currently have a French Bulldog of my own, so I understand the care, attention, and love pets need every day. I’m especially comfortable with pets who have allergies or medical needs. My own dog requires medication for allergies, so I’m experienced in administering care and paying close attention to any changes in behavior or health. In addition to dogs, I also have hands-on experience with farm animals from growing up on a farm in Arkansas for 10 years. This has made me confident, patient, and comfortable around all types of animals. Above all, I treat every pet like family and make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away.

I care for pets by creating a safe, loving, and comfortable environment that fits their needs, whether that’s in my home or theirs. I always follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions from the owner. In my home, pets are treated like family. I have a very friendly female dog who loves making friends with other animals, so your pet can have a built-in companion if you’re comfortable with that. I also have access to a backyard for free play, and I love going on walks and hikes, so pets who enjoy being active will get plenty of exercise and attention. I’m also experienced with crate training, as my own dog is crate trained. If I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping them comfortable in their familiar space and maintaining their routine to reduce stress. I’m very respectful of your home and make sure your pet feels safe and cared for while you’re away. I’m also comfortable transporting pets in my car if needed, whether that’s for outings, emergencies, or specific requests. Overall, I aim to make every pet feel at home, happy, and well cared for.

Kaylee took care of our dear French Bulldog, Pierre for 10 days while we were on vacation. We left explicit instructions regarding his daily routines and she followed every request with no issues. Kaylee has been an absolute lifesaver for our family over the last few years. Schedule
Pet care fits easily into my daily and weekly routine because I have a flexible and consistent schedule. I am available every morning, and I work in between 1:30pm–8pm. I’m also available for overnights throughout the week. During the weekdays, I work as a Director at the Juvenile Justice Center, but my schedule is flexible, which allows me to step away for check-ins, walks, or feedings when needed. This flexibility helps me stay reliable and present for the pets I care for.
