I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments—from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need a little extra patience. My experience includes daily walks, basic training, handling dogs at public events, and fostering. I’m also comfortable recognizing and supporting basic medical needs. Your dog will be treated like one of my own—with lots of care, attention, and love. I currently work in an office setting so my availability is mainly Friday-Sunday and if needed after 6PM Monday-Thursday for a potty break or walk. I care for my dogs in various ways based on their needs. I utilize crate training/treat reinforcement/basic commands and do my best to remove any negative habits where applicable.

My goal is to make scheduling easy and ensure your pet receives the attention and companionship they deserve. I believe pets are happiest in the comfort of their own home, where their routine stays familiar and stress is kept to a minimum. During each visit, I’ll make sure your pet has fresh food and water, plenty of exercise and playtime, bathroom breaks, and, of course, lots of attention and affection. I take the time to understand your pet’s individual personality and routine, whether they prefer a long walk, a game of fetch, or simply a quiet companion. I treat every home with the same respect I would my own and always follow your instructions carefully. About: Hi my name is Micaela and one thing about me is that I adore animals! I love all animals so very much. I also feel that I work really well with them. I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life. Most of my dogs have been big dogs so I’m pretty good with handling any challenge that’s thrown my way. I’ve had more aggressive and protective dogs as well as laid back dogs and I’ve loved all. I’ve also worked at local shelters in my hometown and felt that that helped me gain more experience working with varying animals. I trained a couple of my dogs from a young age and though I’m not certified I felt that I did a pretty good job. I’m very patient and very genuine. I also watched my dogs whenever my parents would go on business trips which was quite often so I’d say this is the perfect job for me! I’m a college student but have majority of my classes online so my schedule is pretty clear. I love being outdoors and in nature so dog walking is right up my alley. I also love just chilling at home so I have no problem with that as well. I will always be respectful of others space especially if they are allowing me to stay in their home and watch their animals. I would say I’m a pretty neat person and don’t mind cleaning up if anything is needed. Genuinely it makes me happy to help others around the house if necessary. I used to babysit for a while and would always tidy up when I could find the time. I recently moved and now live with my grandparents and mom. We also have a chocolate lab who’s very energetic and loves to play. We have a fenced in yard and a conservation close to our house so there’s plenty of space for the animals. We love having dogs in the house.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind, from my family dog to my friend’s dogs with special behavioral needs. My family and friends have relied on me to feed, walk, and give medication to their dogs and cats. I currently work part time at a dance studio for children that is mainly open during the evenings, allowing me to have a flexible schedule during the day for more walks and playtime. I can walk, feed, play with, and give medications to your fur baby to give them the extra love and attention they want during the day.

About: Dogs are part of the family! Being pet parents for over 10 years means we have a lot of experience taking great care of dogs and giving countless belly rubs and snuggles. We love all animals so much! Especially our 2 year old Beagle, Ollie and our 9 month old puppy, Sidney. They are the most loveable and playful boys 🥰 We’re currently available Monday-Friday for drop ins and dog walks from 8am-7pm. Please let us know if you need pet care outside of these hours and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We have a very large fenced in yard. We have a 2 year old male Beagle (neutered, very playful and friendly). Dogs will never be left unattended outside!

About: Many years of pets experience having my own pets and also pet sitting for family/ friends. I have 4 cats of my own who are my absolute world. One being a blind senior who does need guidance and lots of extra lovins. I love your pets as much as my own! I am a hairdresser of 15 years trying to phase out of the hair world and into the animal care world. With many years in customer service towards humans I’d now like to incorporate both. About: I’ve been a dog pal of every kind since I was in high school, for my family, friends, and neighbors. Whatever you and your pup may need, I am here! I work part-time from home, so I have a flexible schedule with lots of time to be present with your pups. I am free on the weekends for boarding, and I can be available any time during the week. About: Diagnosed with allergies in childhood, I didn’t have pets until in my 20s, when I picked a week-old kitten from a litter & raised him. Thelonious used to walk between my shoulders as I moved around the house, and slept in my bed. Friends told me he behaved more like a dog than a cat—very affectionate. We were very close. His death broke my heart & I still miss him. Seven years ago, I did cat-sitting for a friend whose apartment in NYC I stayed in for a summer while working nearby on Varick Street. He was a very easygoing cat. Years later, my stepson left his dogs at our house & I was their primary minder. I fed, walked & played with them every day. Although I’d been around dogs a lot growing up, it’s one thing to be around them & another to be responsible for them & develop relationships with them. Each of the dogs had a very distinct personality, and I found them fascinating. Through those & other experiences with friends’ pets, I’ve found that I’m able to make connections with animals that go beyond words. I never would have imagined such a thing in childhood. These days I do house sitting & drop-ins for clients in Monmouth, Mercer & Middlesex Counties. I’m tending to pets with a wide range of needs & dispositions, and love I give is more than equaled by the love I receive from them. I’m truly humbled & in awe. Professionally, I managed desktop publishing & automated publishing for a Fortune 500 financial firm for 20 years. So I have a long track record of responsibility & discipline.
