“When I picked up Rocky at the end of our visit, he was calm and happy and not particularly excited to see me. This is the highest possible praise for Nicole. Normally my dog is an anxious mess after not seeing me for even a few hours, so he must have felt safe and been extremely well cared-for. Pick up and drop off were seamless, Nicole sent just enough pictures and updates. I highly recommend her.”

“Our dogs stayed with Nikki in her home for a week. She accommodated our one dog’s dietary needs, and it seems that dog ate well which is sometimes a challenge with her. There were quite a few dogs staying at the house, but Nikki seems to manage that well and does well with a slow introduction. We would have enjoyed more frequent updates and photos on how our dogs were doing, but we did receive a few. We recognize we also could have reached out and checked in as well, but we were on vacation in a different time zone so we did not do this and assumed no news was good news. Our dogs seem to have enjoyed their stay, as they came home very happy and tired! Thank you, Nikki!”

About: As a psychiatric nurse, I offer gentle, attentive care to people in vulnerable moments. I bring the same calm, respectful presence to the pets I care for. Their feelings and situations are accounted for while I tend to their personal needs. I work part-time on an as needed basis and can work around the schedules of my clients. Available on short notice, including nights, and 12-24 hours' notice is preferred. I have a lightly fenced yard and two friendly dogs. A canine guest may be offered crating for sleep, or they are welcome to bring their own bed. Must be cat friendly. If caring for a pet in a client's home, care will be provided in their own environment precisely as they are used to.

About: Our home offers a large fenced in yard for endless play, with doggy door access. Our own fur baby is a small bundle of joy, ready to befriend any visitors! I am also a stay at home mom of an animal loving toddler and so we are able to give your pet all the love and attention they deserve. I currently stay home with my 3 year old daughter full time, and taking care of our puppy is built into our daily routine. We take him for walks, run and play in the yard, and make him homemade treats. He is never left wanting for anything. We have a fantastic, dog-friendly yard, fully fenced and secure, with doggy door access into the house. If your dog requires more exercise than running in the yard, we are close to multiple walking trails we often take our pup to.
