We were scrambling to find someone, pack, travel etc and she was very patient with us being first time Rover users. She allowed us to call her and talk through our pets and what we were looking for. We booked her for a drop in visit for two hours and she played with the pups, made sure they went potty, and gave them lots of pets. Michelle also send us lots of photos and gave great updates for our piece of mind. We are so appreciative!!”
