Chelsey is super friendly and took excellent care of Apollo on the walk! Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Chelsey Waters is special for many reasons. She certainly is responsible, diligent, caring... etc. Her whole life has been connected to pet rabbits, cats, dogs and horses. She' owned and had responsibility for all these. Then there's her respectful heart for wildlife, besides. She's a whisperer and easily recognises pain, suffering and loss. She's had a very close and special bond to each one person or animal she's been close to or owned. It's her commitment, for sure. This is her calling and she's now working at Paws Place caring and finding proper homes for rescued animals. In the recent past years she was successfully employed in Greenville, NC's Pitt County Center for Family Violence Prevention. Now moving to the Wilmington area, her mission remains in her heart... providing care, hope and healing. They say, animals and children know people best. Chelsey's a sure bet and I'm a witness.

Chelsey has been an absolute blessing! Bailey (my dog) loves Chelsey and does a happy dance upon her arrival. She is prompt, reliable, trustworthy and will update me when I’m out of town which is always comforting. I don’t know what we would do without her! It was such a comfort knowing that my little guy didn’t have to go stay somewhere else, but could stay in his own routine at home. She sends photos and texts each time she comes to take care of my very spoiled fur baby. What a treat those texts and photos were! And we even face timed with Bailey. We call her the "dog whisperer". I highly recommend Chelsey!
