“5 Stars All The Way!!! I have a 5 month mastiff pup who is a handful. Thomas and Mathew were complete pros. Prior to me arriving they sent a welcome text with a series of questions to enure they were ready for any situation that might occur while i was away. Their house and yard are super nice, they have a seperate room for their pet guests. After dropping my baby off, within 20 minutes I got my first picture. I got two pictures each day and evening of my pup having fun. Picking her up they had everything ready to go ontime and helped me load it in my truck. Thomas and Matthew are my personal puppy sitters going forward. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!”

From the start, she was so accommodating and kind, and she even met with us for two walks before Azula’s stay, which made a huge difference in helping us feel comfortable. I have very detailed (and sometimes neurotic) instructions when it comes to my dog, and Hossanna never once made me feel bad about that. She was patient, understanding, and clearly cared about doing things right for Azula. She sent us many thoughtful photos throughout the stay, and it was obvious Azula was comfortable, happy, and safe in her care. “We usually take our fur babies with us when we go on trips. For the ones we can’t take them with us on it’s good to know we can leave them in great care. Tracy and Shawn did such a amazing job that it made us feel at ease leaving them so we can destress. We were glad they did good and didn’t have a hard time being away from us. Dax and Leela did so good we kind of got jealous that they didn’t seem to mind us leaving them in such great care lol that’s all you can ask for when finding a awesome sitter. Rachel and her family were great with our fur babies. Rachel took the time to meet all three of our pets at our house and one time we brought them to her house before our scheduled dates. I really appreciated Rachel and her family taking time out of their personal schedule to meet our pets and make sure it would be a good fit. Rachel updated me everyday with pictures and updated me during my family’s and my trip. Her family and her were perfect for our fur babies and they are now our go to for any future trips. Thank you so much Rachel for everything! We were very happy to have such a responsible, trustworthy family look after our babies when we cannot.
I can’t recommend Emily enough for caring for my older Corgi. She did an amazing job, and I felt completely at ease knowing that all of his needs were being well taken care of. Thank you as well to Melody for her help! My dog tends to be a little tough to care for, as he follows me everywhere and is blind, but Emily handled him so well. The daily updates and pictures really reassured me — he looked relaxed and seemed to be settling in perfectly. I especially appreciated that someone was always with him, which is something hard to find. Emily is incredibly patient, understanding (my dog barks loudly and often), and genuinely loving toward animals. If you’re looking for a kind, reliable, and qualified pet sitter, Emily is the one!
