About: My 13-year old Basset hound had become blind within the last 12 months of her life, and because of that I understand the patience needed for senior and disabled dogs. I will do everything in my power to make sure that your furry friend is given the best care possible! My hours are different each week. But they’re pretty flexible other than that. I’m not available on Tuesdays from 10am to 2pm, but thats about it. I can’t stay at people’s houses for longer than a couple of nights though, because I still have my own puppy and kitty to look after. I’ll make sure they’re in a safe area, have access to water, and make sure they’ll have things to keep them occupied. I’ll also take them on extra walks if they need to blow some steam off.

Sarah did a wonderful job staying in our home for four days and caring for our little 15 pound Shih Tzu mix, Raja. He has his idiosyncrasies, aloof and an assertive streak. He has eyes that need to be washed out every couple of days, loves playing, and identifies his toys and puts them back, which Sarah did a fantastic job of keeping up with. We gave an extensive list of quirky things about our house and dog which I’m sure was helpful. We met and had a conversation a month or so ahead. The week before she came over got to know the dog in the house. It was only four days, but all went well. I would highly recommend her.
