About: Since 2013 dogs have been a huge part of my life. Between training my own dogs and teaching a variety of dog training classes I have a wealth of experience with many different breeds, ages, and temperaments. Whether you’re looking for walks, playtime, or drop in pet care, weekday availability primarily in the afternoon for potties and play as well as select weekend availability. About: I've taken care of my and other's dogs and animals since age 10. I am a sizeable male who can handle larger breeds of dogs with pulling issues etc. From tall to small I teach for all. I care for my three dogs and daughter's cat 7 days a week, including feeding, medicating, providing mental and physical stimulation (play and training). I take my dogs out multiple times a day while home. We play together often and work on some type of training for at least fifteen minutes a day.

About: If my rates are an obstacle in caring for your pet then I’m happy to provide a sliding scale and have a discussion upon request. Professionally, I was vet assistant at an animal clinic before returning to farm animal work. At the clinic I learned the basics of animal health care and I learned how to properly handle dogs and cats. Throughout the last twelve years I’ve farm-sat and pet-sat for numerous friends and family members! In the last year I worked at a doggy daycare and worked groups of 11-12 large dogs. I also worked in group of 15+ small dogs and "solos" (highly dog aggressive dogs). Working in that environment took me to the next level of understanding cues and dog behavior. I learned to advocate for dogs, look for health and safety warning signs and how to manage group dynamics. I am currently a *human* nurse and making time for animals because that is where I feel I really come alive. :) I believe that animals are part of the family and I will treat them like so. I have basic experience with dog training and I personally believe that dogs thrive in structured and predictable environments. I love exercising and having fun with dogs, too! I have availability to help you with your pup or cat! Depending on the health of your pet I will socialize and exercise your pet's body and mind and of course offer any snuggles that are welcomed. I love exercising animals as much as it is tolerated by them. I currently work per diem as a staff nurse in Lebanon NH which gives me a lot of flexibility to care for pets. I am happy to abide by your house rules and expectations for your pet(s). I enjoy walks to dog parks, trails, playing in fenced yards and practicing obedience and tricks!
