This review is long overdue - Esther has taken care of our rat terrier several times over the past few years from a short three-day to almost a month's stay at her happy hale. She knows dogs so well and has a special, gentle and wise way with them. She and her family provide a wonderful, nurturing home and very safe, organized environment ~ full of guidance, comfort with oodles of great spots to lounge, friendship (with other dogs and humans too), security and lots of love & aloha. She is always attentive to our grrrl's particular needs, which include daily doses of play & exercise, response to her little quirks and fears, and that she definitely benefits from the healthy socialization there. Esther's hale is the only place we feel comfortable leaving her at. We look forward to the precious daily photos, which show just what a fabulous time our grrrl is having. Esther is truly a gift! “Where do I begin, Sarah is AWESOME! This is my first time using Rover and we had a GREAT experience with Sarah & Minnie. The experience was great; Sarge had a blast with Minnie and Rosie. He was so happy the whole time he was there. He feel in love with Rosie, Minnie and Sarah. Sarah updated me everyday with photos and videos of Sarge and it just made my HEART SMILE because she showed him so much love and attention while we were on vacation. Diana was the absolute best!!! Communication was amazing, she kept me updated with included pictures of my little demon. However, the best part of the entire arrangement, was that is was clearly visible that my little precious was having SO MUCH FUN. He was visible happy and comfortable in his environment. Krystal graciously agreed to keep Sadie last minute for us when our original plans fell through. She responded quickly and shared pictures of Sadie over the weekend to let us know things were going well. We were happy to know she was being well cared for in our absence!
Julianna is truly the best dog sitter we’ve ever had! We were away for 12 days, and from the moment we interviewed her, we knew she was the perfect match. She’s incredibly kind, responsible, experienced with animals, and 100% reliable. Every day, Julianna sent us detailed updates on our dogs — including their behavior, meals, potty habits (yes, even the runny ones!), fun highlights from their day, and lots of adorable photos. It was clear she genuinely cared for them and took her responsibilities seriously. She was also incredibly respectful and clean in our home, going above and beyond. On the 4th of July, knowing the fireworks would stress our dogs out, she made special accommodations by having her mom stay with them while she stepped out for a few hours. She even stayed later than planned when our flight was delayed—completely unprompted and so appreciated. We felt so at ease the entire time we were gone. Julianna is a rare gem, and we absolutely love her! If you’re lucky enough to book her, your pets and your home will be in the best hands possible.
Amber is professional, thoughtful and so loving. My pet was not well during her stay with Amber, and she kept me informed the entire weekend. I am so thankful for her updates and attentiveness. Caring for an Aging pet can be challenging, but Amber was absolutely amazing.
Alex, was great! So much so, my Coco acted like he didn't want to leave when it was time to go, which warmed my heart. Her communication is awesome and she was very flexible, which I needed. I would highly recommend her if you want great care for your four legged family member!!!
