Home full time...lots of attention.
We will love your dog as if it were our own. I am an attorney who works from home. This provides me the opportunity to give lots of potty breaks and play time and of course lots of love. We have a huge toy box for our guests to dig through, and lots of beds to choose from. Pups are also allowed on the furniture if their parents allow it. While we do have two cats, they have been raised since birth with our dogs and are VERY social and laid back. Additionally, they generally stay upstairs when we have puppy guests unless they feel comfortable coming down (they are "cats" after all :) ). The upstairs is gated off to prevent accidents on the stairs, but the pups have free reign of the downstairs. We appreciate and understand that some dogs have a little more anxiety than others or that some require medication. We have experience in both areas and truthfully have a soft spot for those fur babies with any type of special needs. We are attentive to each dog as an individual and will treat him or her as one of our own. We are an open book and want to address any and all concerns up front to ensure a good fit for all--especially your little one(s). The best part of this job is watching happy puppies and when their stay comes to a close knowing that we did everything possible to ensure our guests had a safe, fun, and relaxing visit! We have two dogs who are "rescues"--Moose and Eddie. They are just like our children and the light of our lives. We have had dogs in our lives since we were kids, and have always welcomed the opportunity to care for animals. Moose and Eddie relish the opportunity to make friends. We have a large fenced in yard for them to play and they just love it! Everyone always has access to water as well. I'm constantly cleaning the bowls and changing the water since there is nothing better than fresh cold water. We have a pool. If your dog likes water, he or she is more than welcome to jump in (if you give the okay beforehand). A lot of the time my wife is even in the pool with them. We sit outside with them to prevent accidents (we have watched several blind dogs for example) and ensure the safety of our guests. Please note that while we strive to be extremely flexible, late pickups may be subject to an additional charge. We are more than happy to discuss this with you prior to any confirmed booking. Also, large breeds and/or those babies which shed a lot may be subject to a slightly higher rate, but still well below average rates.

So grateful to Brian and Suzanne for taking care of our beloved doggie when we had to be out of town! It was very hard for me to leave her, but Brian and Suzanne were very reassuring and took great care of our sweetie :)
Brian was so accommodating and helpful! One of our dogs had a hard time being dropped off and he worked with her until she calmed and became comfortable. I also received great communication during their stay! We will definitely be choosing Brian again!
Brian was very great at updating us with pictures, which we really appreciated! My pup seemed to have had such a good time!
Brian and Suzanne were wonderful with Chako. They kept us updated with photos, were warm and attentive, and Chako came home happy and relaxed. It's clear they genuinely care about the dogs in their charge. Chako has a few unique needs, but they handled these easily. We felt completely at ease leaving him with them and will absolutely book again.
He did a wonderful job. Was really flexible with my schedule, kept me updated on my pup through the whole stay. Great experience.
My Ponga had the best time with Brian and Suzanne. I would get multiple photos and videos daily of her playing with other dogs or her jumping in the pool (she loves water and they asked for authorization beforehand). We can just tell she had so much fun and was well taken care of. Thank you very much again🤍

I work from home so I am able to give frequent potty breaks and can be flexible with feeding times as well as am available to provide medications.

We treat the pets we care for as if they were our own. We make time to play and/or walk them. We have plenty of extra dog beds and toys.

A typical day
We live in an awesome gated neighborhood (very quiet) with minimal traffic that is perfect for walks-be they frequent short ones or nice long ones--it's totally up to our guest! We have a pool for their use should they feel the urge (we would NEVER leave them unattended, however). I am a former Marine and currently work from home as a federal government attorney, so you can be assured that my background as been checked thoroughly. My wife is a stay at home furbaby mom, so your little ones will have lots of attention! We will love and treat your furbaby just as our own (sometimes a little better (but don't tell Moose and Eddie!). Moose and Eddie are rescue dogs and have the sweetest temperament. They just LOVE meeting new friends and playing all day long (in between naps)! While we have two cats, they too are super sweet and get along with everyone! Besides, they are cats...they generally just find a quiet place to sleep away the day! We have a large house with extra bedrooms as well, so if your loved one is older and needs a little quiet time, just let us know and he or she can nap away in their own bedroom.
