About: I love spoiling dogs of all kinds. I enjoy walking and playing with them. I have had dogs for most of my life. I can do basic manners training. I am retired pharmacist and have flexibility in scheduling. I’m available drop ins and more. Boarding is not an option as I don’t have a fenced yard. I care for dogs and cats in your home. I will walk and play to their satisfaction. I will love on them and spoil them rotten. I am observant of their moods and personality and react accordingly. I need to know the location of basic cleaning supplies in the event they’re needed.I would also like an emergency contact and veterinarian phone, hopefully never needed.

About: Hi there! I am unfortunately unable to accept new canine clients at this time. Due to my full time job, I simply don’t have the time that your fur babies deserve. If you are a reoccurring client or have booked with me in the past, I will accept requests if I am available. Thank y’all for everything! I have been caring for animals ever since I was about 10 years old. Whether that was fostering a litter of puppies with my family or pet sitting for the neighbor, I wanted to constantly be caring for animals. At 14, I got my first job at a veterinary clinic as a kennel technician; by 16 I was a vet tech assistant and at 17 I was promoted to vet tech. I’m currently in school for my associates degree in veterinary technology with hopes to put that education towards a veterinary medical technician license. All of this to say, I am extremely qualified and happy to care of your fur baby while you’re away! However, my availability is limited due to my full time job and school. I’m currently working at an emergency veterinary hospital in 4 days a week, typically 10-12 hour shifts. I can’t always guarantee being available for a booking and I apologize for that but there are so many other amazing sitters on Rover who I know are just as qualified! I look forward to seeing your fluffy cuties :) I am currently attending college as well as working 40 hours a week. My work schedule keeps me pretty busy but in my free time I love pet sitting. The days I work change every week so my availability will probably vary. Unfortunately I can’t offer pet boarding at my house. I have 6 dogs and one of them is a rescue that is very aggressive towards strangers (humans, dogs, cats, etc.)

“Jamie is wonderful. She strayed at the house and we came Home to a happy dog. She sent photos and kept us updated. Daisy ate while she was here which is saying a lot. Thank you Jamie for being good to our baby!”

“Megan was wonderful. Such a blessing to have someone so sweet to take care of your fur baby. Megan sent pictures through out the day of our pup. It was so nice to see him happy. Would recommend her to anyone. Definitely going to use her again.”

About: I have always had a special love for animals! I grew up on a farm and was constantly surrounded by dogs and cats, loving every moment of it! I am currently in between employment, so my schedule is extremely flexible to fit the needs of caring for your pets to ensure you have peace of mind while away. A detailed explanation of your pets needs that is easy to follow, will help me care for your pets like they are my own and meet their needs as if you never left.

“We recently booked Denita to house and pet sit two of our dogs while we were away at a competition with our other dogs. We were very pleased with the whole experience. Denita came to our house to meet with us and our dogs before booking and answered any questions we had. The day before she was to start the sitting, she touched base to make sure of our timeline and that we had instructions ready. She let us know when she arrived and sent pictures and videos throughout the weekend. We were very reassured that our two girls were receiving excellent care. We will definitely book Denita again and highly recommend her.”

About: I bring over a decade of experience caring for pets, fueled by a lifelong love for animals and professional expertise as a wildlife biologist. Growing up with animals, I developed a deep understanding of their needs and behaviors. Over the years, I’ve cared for a wide variety of pets, from playful puppies to senior dogs needing extra attention and care. One of my proudest accomplishments is training my husky puppy—a breed known for its independence—to be off-leash, a process that required patience, consistency, and a strong bond of trust. I’ve also worked extensively with other dogs on leash training, obedience, and building confidence, always tailoring my approach to suit each dog’s unique personality. In addition, I’ve cared for a dog with epilepsy for four years, which involved administering daily medication and providing specialized care to ensure their comfort and well-being. As a field biologist, I’ve even taken animals into the field, ensuring they were safe, comfortable, and happy in new and dynamic environments. These experiences have taught me to anticipate and meet animals’ needs while providing attentive, loving care. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, or maintaining specific training and care routines, I’m dedicated to making every pet feel secure and loved. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I’m here to provide reliable, compassionate care while you’re away! I’m currently working during the week so am only available for weekend house-sitting stays. If you need a weekend away though, I’m your gal! Whether it’s taking them on enriching walks, stopping by for check-ins, or providing some much-needed companionship while you’re away, I’m here to ensure they feel happy, cared for, and loved in your absence. I prioritize safety, trust, and creating a comfortable environment for every pet I care for. My services are designed to meet your pet's needs in the place they feel most at ease: their own home or familiar surroundings during a walk. When visiting your home, I ensure your pet feels secure and loved by sticking to their established routines, whether that’s meal times, playtime, or a favorite walking route. I also take the time to build trust, so your pet feels relaxed and happy in my care. For walks, I tailor the experience to your pet’s energy level and personality, providing plenty of exercise, stimulation, and, of course, affection. My goal is to make every visit or outing stress-free and enjoyable for your pet, giving you peace of mind while you're away.

“Iyana is literally the BEST! She gave us updates on our boys every few hours with pictures. She gave them so much love and attention, they were sad when she left! We came home from our trip to a clean house, she even folded our laundry and printed pictures of our animals that we hung in our office. I can not say enough good things about her. Will definitely be booking her for all our future trips. HIGHLY Recommend to anyone looking for a house sitter who will love on your pets as much as you do! Thanks for everything Iyana!”

About: 🐾Stay with us perks: I only take 1-2 clients at a time, I work from home and pups have access to a 1 acre fenced yard!🐾 Hi there! Before relocating to Harrison, TN from Seattle, WA, I ran a successful doggy daycare for over 2.5 years. Even before that, I was the go-to pet sitter for friends and family, and I’ve spent my life surrounded by animals, especially dogs. 🐶❤️. Over the years, I’ve cared for a wide variety of breeds, from tiny Chihuahuas to loyal Pit Bulls, quirky Pugs to energetic Dachshunds. I’m experienced with puppies, seniors, and everything in between. Whether your pup needs playtime, gentle care, or just a cozy place to nap, I’ve got them covered. Our home is 5 minutes past Harrison Bay State Park and has been set up with doggies in mind: • 🧸 A ridiculous amount of toys • 💧 Fresh filtered water fountains • 🍖 Tasty (owner-approved) treats • 🛏 Plush beds in nearly every corner • 🐕 A full acre of fenced backyard to run and play • 🐾 Doggy pool, bubble blowers, fetch zones, and sun spots galore! I offer daycare from 7 AM to 6 PM with extended hours available by request. I only care for one household’s dogs at a time to ensure your pup gets all the one-on-one attention they deserve. I know firsthand how tough it can be to find someone you trust with your beloved pets. That’s why I approach my work with professionalism, reliability, and lots of heart. I value clear communication and punctuality, and I ask the same from the amazing pet parents I work with Whether your pup is here for daycare or an overnight stay, they’ll be loved, pampered and snuggled. 💕🐾 Pet care is built into my daily life, I’m home full-time, aside from the occasional appointment or errand. My spouse also works from home, so there’s almost always someone here to provide love, supervision, and attention. Your dog will be part of our daily routine, not just an add-on. ❤️🐾 Whether your pup is staying in my home or I’m coming to yours, their safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I’m familiar with crate training and can keep your pup on their established routine. I also take safety seriously. I’m prepared for emergencies with first-aid supplies, emergency vet info on hand, and clear protocols in place. When I’m staying in your home, I treat it with the utmost respect. Charish M.
“Let me start by prefacing this with the statement that, I am so enamored by my three dogs, that I was prepared to go the duration of their 16 year life expectancy with no free alone time, never mind the recent trip to Kauai, during which I had Charish babysit this motley crew. My girls were already familiar with Charish, but because I had taken my two mini daschunds and their Aussie Kelpie sister everywhere with me since adopting them all, taking extended time away had to be thoughtfully considered. Charish not only agreed to travel to my home 3.5 hours north of her home, she brought her husband Steve along for extra support. They stayed in my home so that my crew’s routine was undisturbed, and so that my girls did not have to adjust to the additional stress of uprooting their surroundings. While I was away I received daily affirmations through texting, and photos of their activities. I typically run three miles each morning with the girls, which wasn’t expected while I was away, yet Charish took on the challenge of a daily triple leash journey around the neighborhood to keep up with the demands of the tri energy effect. Photos revealed not only that the girls were completely safe and happy while I was away, Charish managed to capture in the many photos of dogs in laps, dogs snoozing, dogs socializing……the assurance I needed in knowing they were open to receiving plenty of cuddle time. I would recommend Charish for the most trusted care of your pets. We assume they are being fed and kept safe while away, but its fantastic to know that she really bonds with your critters so that they are enjoying your time away as much as you are. What else can I say? My house was immaculate when I came back, which is no easy accomplishment, and along with the many tails wagging, a very pleasant welcome back. ”
Summer Haven pet parents share their Rover experiences
Ladonna was incredible in her communication and care for our Laszlo. She was sensitive to his needs, especially needing time to get used to someone new and even made him a snuggle ball to play with! When we got home he was happy to see us but still kept checking upstairs to see if she was still here. She took him on adventures with her and you can tell he made a true friend with her.

Repeat customer of LaDonna + Chris and still can’t sing their praises enough. We always return to fun little toys, treats, and gadgets for our fur babies. LaDonna was able to help me groom my long haired cat to remove mats and keep our hyper lab active/occupied. I always know our pets are not only cared for, but loved so well. Ladonna takes great care of the house and I always come home to a clean fresh smelling home. Highly recommend!!!
