About: Hi there! 🐾 Dogs have been a part of my life since the day I was born, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I’ve been lucky enough to grow up surrounded by pups, and today I’m the proud dog dad of a joyful 4-year-old Golden Retriever named Harper 🐶💛 I'm currently offering daily dog walks and drop-in visits Monday through Saturday 🗓️, and I do this full-time — which means your pup gets my full attention and flexibility. I'm available between 9am and 7pm 🕘🐕, ready to keep tails wagging and paws moving! 🐕 I treat every dog as if they were my own, with love, patience, and the utmost care ❤️🐾 Whether it’s a quick visit or a nice long stroll, your furry friend is in kind and capable hands. About: I’m a dogs best friend, I like walking and being outside as much as they do! I grew up in a dog household and then began caring for dogs in clients homes for over 15 years now. I’ve taken care of 5 dogs, 5 cats and 15 rabbits at one time in one household before! I’ve never trained my own pets but I’ve assisted with training by enforcing the clients training commands and wishes. Im in good shape and can hike or go for extra long walks if you have an active animal. I’ll love and treat your dog as if it were my own. I think dogs are the best listeners and I love to mirror their unconditional love. I have several references to put you in contact with per request. I have a flexible schedule right now and would love to fill my open hours with pet visits and dog walking. I’m often available for last minute bookings. I have a fully fenced in backyard available for your dog to run. I do not have my own crates so a crate would need to be provided if necessary.

About: I have lived with and cared for dogs my whole life and have helped foster kittens for the past 4 years. I have also owned Bunnies, hamsters, guinea pigs, chameleons and chickens! 🐾 I love nothing more than meeting animals and getting to know what makes them happiest! I will always treat your animals as my own and make sure they feel special. I have a wide variety of dog care experience big and small, old and young, high-energy and lazy. My childhood dog is now 18 mostly blind and deaf and I make accommodations so she can stay safe and still stroll around outside when she wants to. I also have puppy experience as young as 3 months and will do my best to keep them out of trouble! I start Graduate school in fall so currently have a completely free summer! I have plenty of time to give your pets the best care and attention possible 💖 I want to get to know your pet as well as possible to help keep them safe, comfortable and happy! What is their favorite walking route? How do they react to other dogs? Do they have anything they’re afraid of so we can avoid it? Do they have a favorite treat/toy? Do they enjoy high-activity or low-activity? For both drop-ins and walks I will regularly send updates and photos so you can relax and know that your baby is receiving the best possible care!

About: I have been house sitting and pet sitting for a while now. And I really do enjoy my work. This is my first time using Rover. Dogs and cats have always been a big part of my life. I help my partner take care of his boarding and daycare clients. I'm a big fan of dogs and cats. They love me too. I'm a former social worker. About: I've worked with animals my entire life, from my own personal pets to working in pet boarding facilities, grooming salons, pet stores, vets office & volunteering with rescue groups. I even ran my own pet sitting business for 5 years, which became highly demanding. Thanks to Rover, I'm looking forward to getting back into pet sitting part time as I love caring for all types of animals. I have experience with everything from dogs and cats to exotic animals and even farm animals. I have more than enough experience to care for your pets and home while you're away. I'm currently self employed running my own Amazon store. Since I work on my own schedule I wanted to also work part time doing something that I have tons of passion for; working with animals. I can dedicate the tailored care that your pets need since my regular job is not tied down by normal business hours. I believe leaving pets in their own home and mirroring their normal schedule helps with lessening stress and anxiety while you are away. With that said, I'm available for drop-in visits to help give you and your pets peace of mind. I have always loved looking after pets, whether it be my family or friends, or the neighbor across the street and I will love taking care of yours as well. I currently have a very flexible schedule, so I can easily check on your pets and make sure they are happy and healthy whenever needed. My pets' daily routines are a part of my own daily routine. About: I have dogs since I was a baby so I have been around pets my entire life. I have done training with pets as well as puppy potty training! I am also a nanny/babysitter so I am quick on my feet and know how to have lots of fun! I am a student at school and currently on break for the summer so I am available all weekends and week mornings. Typically Monday- Friday at 8am-2pm and 7pm-12pm as well as anytime at weekends. I can care for pets in any way that is necessary for the client. I am very happy with long walks or running around outside as well as snuggling on the couch with less active furry friends. My cat is on a strict feeding schedule with prescription food so I understand how important it is to be punctual. About: I’m a chaos-proof big dog lover with a soft spot for the anxious, the awkward, and the wildly affectionate. I used to work as a professional trainer with Tip Top K9 so I’ve worked with all kinds of dogs — from stubborn working breeds to sweet but nervous pups who need extra patience. I also have personal experience with exotic animals, so if you have a scaley friend or a pocket pet I can care for them as well. Rover is my full time curently so I have availability every single day, including weekends and holidays and can be available at any time of the day. I've done overnight sitting as well as check ins, so I'm comfortable with either, or a combination depending on you and your pets needs. I can also care for exotic pets and plants as well.

“I own an Australian Shepherd who can be very unpredictable towards strangers and does not do well with other dogs so it’s always stressful to have to find a new sitter who can understand and handle my dog’s unique needs. My usually sitter was not available, so I reached out to someone new on Rover and Desiree responded back quickly. She agreed to do a couple of drop-in visits before I left for my trip so that I could feel more comfortable leaving him alone with her. Desiree did a wonderful job assessing my dog’s behaviors and didn’t shy away from the challenge. She was very timely with her scheduled visits and did a great job keeping both my dog and others safe during his walks. I also really appreciated the photos that she took at each visit. About: I love dogs, and more importantly when it comes to all animals, I have a huge heart. Dogs especially are my favorite. You couldn't ask for a more fun-loving, loyal, and caring companion to spend your time with. I have two amazing dogs of my own, walking, feeding, loving, and playing with them is priority. About: I've owned XL breeds, have experience with reactive pets, sick pets, deaf pets, dogs with seizures, dogs with wounds, senior dogs, exotics, multi/ mixed species pet households. Can teach dogs basic behavior skills, positive reinforcement training only. I'm teaching myself website design and am branching into graphic arts, my work is on my laptop mostly so it's easy to bring with if a longer stay is needed. Every pet is different, care is based on respect for pet needs. Some cuddle some don't, if your pet has any self destructive behavior, that would be good to know (ex: one cat here will hunt down and try to chew any available plastic bag) or any triggers (ex: men, strangers, vacuums, stickers from bananas)
