“I struggled with how to care for my two cats, a senior & a junior, while I went on vacation. Violet, my eldest cat, had just been diagnosed with kidney/bladder issues and required a stringent schedule of medication. I was completely put at ease after my meet & greet Kaitlynn. Her attitude & attention to detail were both professional & comforting. The daily updates were insightful & showed her familiarity with my "kids" and their needs.
