When we picked Daisy up, Maggie gave us the sweetest card expressing how appreciative and honored she was to care for our pup. That thoughtful gesture meant so much and perfectly reflects the kind of person she is. Maggie was also very flexible with drop-off and pickup times, making the entire experience stress-free. Daisy absolutely adored her, and we knew she was in wonderful hands. Without a doubt, Maggie is the best dog sitter we've ever had. Sarah and her family provided constant updates of my dog throughout the week. Her daughters seemed really engaged and loving on my dog, making me feel confident she was receiving all the love and affection she gets at home. When I picked her up, my dog seemed so relaxed, almost as if she hadn’t been gone all that time, helping me feel confident she was safe and loved on. Usually after boarding in a facility, my dog is highly anxious, extra agitated and disheveled. None of that here with Sarah. Her and her family were truly the best sitters. I never worried once while away.
I was a little bit nervous with this being the first time I used Rover for boarding. However, thanks to Chelsea all those nerves have been put to rest. Chelsea listened to everything I said about boarding my dog and wrote it all down. She was constantly in communication with me and provided me with picture updates as well. I highly recommend!
