About: Recently retired from the veterinary medicine, I have been around dogs, cats and horses since I was two I have a very huge love for all animals and snakes too!!!!! 🐶🐎🐈‍⬛ I have a farm for many years. I rescued and pulled seniors dogs and horses out of shelters and kill pens five dogs five cats two horses welcome to my world. I am not set up for daycare for fur babies at my house. My German shepherds are wonderful. They are very well trained, but it’s not fair to them to bring other dogs into their pack at this time.

About: I currently own 5 dogs, 1 of which is a deaf puppy. I have owned dogs myself since 1990. My furry friends are my family. I have most afternoons available for pet care. I work from 8-12 mon, tue, fri. And 3-7 every other wed. There are days I'm available at other times. My animals are very important to us. They are our pack. I am teaching my deaf puppy sign language and my pack is teaching her manners.

About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 10 years. My first dog, Baby, taught me what true love and loyalty mean. Since then, I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities, as well as farm animals like goats and even a pony! As a gentle and patient pet mom, I always treat every pet like part of my family. I’m very attentive to their needs, from feeding and walks to emotional comfort. I have experience with both playful puppies and calm senior dogs. I spend most of my day at home caring for my baby and our pets, so I have plenty of time to give your furry friend attention, playtime, and care. In my home, pets are always supervised, loved, and treated as part of the family. I make sure they have fresh water, shade, and space to play or rest peacefully. I introduce new pets slowly and calmly to make sure everyone feels safe and relaxed. I’m experienced with animals of different sizes and temperaments, so I know how to read their body language and keep them comfortable. My yard is safe and spacious, and I always stay nearby when pets go outside. Whether at my home or yours, I treat every pet with the same love and attention I give my own.

About: I love cats and dogs, and have had cats most of my adult life. I believe animals are truly family members and should be treated with gentleness and respecting their nature. I have no problem following detailed instructions, and every visit I take pics to show you your fur baby is being well cared for! I am free most mornings before 8:30am and in the evenings after 6pm. On weekends I have more flexibility in my schedule. I’ll be happy to work with you on whatever your scheduling needs are! If a client discusses a list of instructions, I’ll do my best to follow them to the letter. Otherwise, I’ll follow what to me is ideal care for an animal: ensuring they have clean and fresh water, proper food, cleaning litter boxes or taking a dog out for a walk as needed, and spending a little time cuddling and playing (respecting how shy they might be!). If a pet is too shy to play, sometimes I’ll just spend a few minutes sitting on the floor and talking to them in a soothing voice so they can get used to my presence as someone who is friendly. If approved beforehand, I can even bring (or use your own) a few treats! I may also reach out to you if I see something that I think needs addressing (not enough food or litter, a pet seeming lethargic or coughing excessively etc.). If that happens, I’ll discuss with you how you want to handle it. In case of illness, I take my own cats to Wentworth Animal Hospital so, for example, if I saw your cat seemed to be vomiting excessively, if you approved it I would have no problem taking them in for a walk-in and working out the payment and a reasonable rate with you over the phone. The most important thing is to ensure that your fur baby is given the best care possible. :-)

About: I had dogs all my life. I have 3 dogs now. I also worked for Pet Spa as a kennel assistant walking and feeding dogs. I work a full-time job a Walmart I can do 3 to 10 Monday Tuesday Wednesday Friday Sunday and anytime on Thursday and Saturday when needed Have had animals my whole life dogs and cats. Have 3 dogs now. I also am a father to a 5 year old and I'm very loving caring and respectful and responsible.

About: I work as a full time kitchen and bath designer in Greensboro, NC, and I live in Ridgeway, Virginia. This means I can be flexible on location as to where you are! I love to be around and play with animals! I have a dog of my own at home that has been with us for 10 years now. I also have personal experience with taking care of multiple dogs at once in the owner's home for multiple nights! I have taken care of cats, too, while the owner was away for a week vacation. About: Hello! I love all animals and will be willing to look after your dog and do the best I can to ensure they feel at their best! I graduated from NC State with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science in 2015. I received my Master's degree in nutrition in 2018. I have completed a few internships at vet clinics and shelters. I welcome all dogs as I am most experienced with horses -so big dogs are not a problem! Animals have always been a passion of mine and I know how to pay special attention to dogs and their needs. Generally I can spot common issues and know how to stay calm in an emergency. What the owner suggests, I will keep in mind at all times. There will be no worries about your fur babies under my care! I do work during the day M-F, and do not work from home. So if this isn’t a problem, I will give your fur baby the upmost care and attention when I return from work during their stay! I am home all day during weekends and most holidays! I work full time M-F. However, despite this, I am so attentive to my fur babies. I have an indoor camera where they can be watched while I am gone. If my work schedule is not a problem, I promise your fur baby will have a blast with me! I take it very serious for fur babies to be tended to and watched. I am very cautious and think of their safety, always. I am very communicative and will notify owners of anything that is an emergency! I ask many questions to make sure your fur baby feels safe and as happy as they can be in my or their home.

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs for about 5 years. I currently have a 4 year old Aussie border collie mix who has reactivity issues and is very timid so i have taken training classes on how to work with a dog in situations like that. i also grew up in a house with multiple different sizes and breeds of dogs. I work part time at a restaurant in town and have a dog of my own but i do understand what it’s like to need some time away and make sure your pup is in trusted hands. I live on alittle over an acre with a cattle dog who is very high energy. we go on 3 4 mile walks a week and he is able to come and go from the house whenever he pleases. He is crate trained and he is on a strict feeding schedule. I get him groomed once a month and regular vet visits for up to date shots.

About: I’ve had experiences with animals since I was a child. From my family’s pets, to strays, to even my own. These include cats, dogs, birds, horses, fish, snakes, and bearded dragons. Though I always enjoy learning how to take care of all sorts of animals that others may be afraid to such as arachnids. What sets me apart is my deep respect for these animals and giving them the space they need and also understanding that they are not “below us” as humans. As well as this, I have almost a years worth of working at a veterinarian clinic as a kennel assistant. The skills I developed here include: - walking - bathing - medicating - trimming claws - maintaining a feeding schedule - maintaining a clean kennel - bonding with pets who were nervous I’m currently in college to earn my Associates Degree in Fine arts to become a full-time graphic designer or video game design. I’m also working part time Thursday thru Saturday but I would like to be able to dedicate my time to being around animals instead of being in a job that doesn’t treat me well. In the clients home, I’ll take time to ask them details about their pets schedule and activities, as well as any special needs. Once I’m in the home, depending on the pets social meter, I’ll make sure to not force a friendship between us unless it’s on the pets term. The last thing I want to do is bring any unnecessary stress to your beloved companion.
