About: Hey, I have two dogs of my own who are cared for and loved everyday. I love to watch them play, take them for walks and love on them and I will do the same for your dogs. I will care for them as if they were my own. I love seeing a happy dog in their element and I love it when they have had a busy day and just can’t wait to relax at home. I always say you can judge a person on how they treat their dogs. I work from home with a fenced in back yard. I can be sure to let your dogs out for bathroom breaks as needed or specified. We allow our dogs on our couches, so your dog would also be allowed, (if you say its ok!) I like to make sure I follow the pet owner/parent's requests for treats, bathroom breaks, or if they are or aren't allowed on furniture. i like to make sure I treat them as if they were my own fur-kids.
About: I have had dogs my whole life, I love to play with any kind of animal and treat them as my own. I have taken care of my families and friends dogs and cats while they have went away on vaca. My schedule is pretty flexible. I am currently in school for dental hygiene. I do work at a dental office and I’m only there on Wednesdays’. If a client discusses a list of instructions, I’ll do my best to follow them to the letter. Otherwise, I’ll follow what to me is ideal care for an animal: ensuring they have clean and fresh water, proper food, cleaning litter boxes or taking a dog out for a walk as needed, and spending a little time cuddling and playing (respecting how shy they might be!). If a pet is too shy to play, sometimes I’ll just spend a few minutes sitting on the floor and talking to them in a soothing voice so they can get used to my presence as someone who is friendly. If approved beforehand, I can even bring (or use your own) a few treats! I may also reach out to you if I see something that I think needs addressing (not enough food or litter, a pet seeming lethargic or coughing excessively etc.). If that happens, I’ll discuss with you how you want to handle it. In case of illness, I take my own cats to Wentworth Animal Hospital so, for example, if I saw your cat seemed to be vomiting excessively, if you approved it I would have no problem taking them in for a walk-in and working out the payment and a reasonable rate with you over the phone. The most important thing is to ensure that your fur baby is given the best care possible. :-)
About: Ive been around pets all my life! I started raising dogs when I was 11 and have helped friends and nieghbors with their dogs and cats since I was 15. Tasks have ranged from small check-ins with pets, to staying overnight to keep them company. Right now I work at a local food pantry on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sundays are also a busy day for me, but I can be very flexible and move times around with enough notice. I have one black short haired cat that I spend most of my time with. She stays indoors, but I let her come out on my back deck to get some air and a better view of the birds and chipmunks she always has beef with. She's the most hyperactive and persnicity cat I've ever had the pleasure of knowing, so I'm experienced with cats who have their own ways of playing.
