About: I have a lifetime of experience in loving animals, I’ve had dogs my entire life. I am loving, gentle and kind and will care for your family members as you would! I have had some medical issues so am currently not working and am available whenever your pets need a sitter! I have open an availability currently. I have a big back yard, no fence but enough of an area to safely play outside on long leash if that’s an option for your animals.

About: I've had dogs my whole life. Currently, we have two cats, which is easier with our sports schedule, but I miss having a dog to walk. So, I thought I'd see if you needed help with yours. I'm working part-time and own a business. Both provide me flexibility to be there when your dog needs me. My kids are old enough for me to be gone for short stints. Prefer walking schedules during, morning, afternoon, or late evening as those provide me the best opportunity to give your pets the attention they deserve. Experience walking dogs with leash aggression. Can typically recognize it in your dog or the dogs we are approaching. Will always keep animals leashed in public.

About: I have taken care of many different types of animals in animal shelter settings and have worked at Blue Pearl Emergency Vet. This included potty breaks, play-time and giving them food and their medications when needed. I have taken care of diabetic animals and animals with injuries, etc. I have also had many different types of animals since the day I was born. I have a flexible schedule and am willing to work around different work schedules or vacation times, etc. I am interested in helping whenever needed. I will follow different directions as given or told depending on the animals needs and what is best for the family and animal. It will vary depending on what is needed.

About: I grew up with cats, dogs, cows, goats etc. so I have always been around and taking care of animals. I regularly take care of friends and families dogs/cats and am very patient. I used to work in nursing and most recently as a chemist, but am looking for supplemental animal love and interactions! I have availability and flexibility as needed Sunday through the week. I can do mornings, evenings or afternoons. I can accommodate most changes as this is my primary work. I have a closed in backyard and basement. I have two cats that can be separated or blocked off to separate areas of the house.

I follow the owner’s instructions closely—feeding schedules, walk times, play preferences, medication needs, and any household rules—so pets feel secure and stress‑free. I take time to learn each pet’s personality, whether they need extra play, quiet companionship, or a slow, gentle approach. I keep the home tidy and respectful, making sure food and water areas stay clean, litter boxes or potty routines are maintained, and any messes are handled right away. I also pay attention to small details like closing gates, locking doors, turning lights on or off as requested, and keeping the home feeling lived‑in and safe. Throughout the stay, I send updates and photos so owners always know how their pets are doing.

About: I have had animals since I was a newborn, surrounded by cats, dogs, mice, you name it! Continuing my love for animals, I work full time at a doggy daycare, which I have been at for over a year. I have 2 animals of my own, and work at a doggy daycare. Pet care is LITERALLY a part of my daily routine! Right now, I do have a fairly packed schedule. However, I am 100% willing to make time. :) I have a massive yard, with 20 ft. leashes to roam. I also own a friendly chocolate lab, though he doesn’t play much with other animals. I am able to adjust to any potential special needs or wants!

About: I’ve been volunteering at animals shelters for 10+ years and have experience with sensitive pets or unique regimens. I’ve also volunteered at the National Aquarium in an animal husbandry role, so I’m a quick learner if you have pets such as reptiles that need unique care. I grew up with cats, dogs, guinea pigs, mice, snakes, hamsters, chinchillas, and a frog named Fred. I probably enjoy the walks more than the pups and I’ve never met a cat I didn’t like! My name is Melissa and I’m the proud human to three cats - Rosie, Griffon, & Minerva. I became the human to my first cat when I was 6 months old and maintained a wonderful bond with my Princess until she died at the old age of 21. I will treat any companion like they are my own and continue to love them in your absence. I’m always looking for a companion to go on adventures with, if your dog is up for the challenge. But if your cat prefers to nap together - or even ignore me entirely, I can do that, too!

About: I’ve been volunteering and caring for cats and dogs since I was eleven years old. I am knowledgable in pet CPR and first aid. I’ve had pets of my own my entire life, including 3 dogs, 4 cats, as well as chickens. I’ve cared for large and small dogs as well as cats. I am experienced in administering medicine to both cats and dogs. I’ve cared for everything from young kittens to elderly dogs. I have multiple long-time returning clients currently. I’m currently a student and have a part time job, so I have mostly evening and weekend availability during the school year. In the summer I usually work in the afternoon into the evenings, so I’m available mornings, after 7-8 in the evening, and most afternoons. I am available to stay over if desired most weekends and weekdays in the summer. My mother also works as my backup when my schedule gets hairy or in emergencies so your pets will always have someone to ensure their wellbeing! I am comfortable letting dogs out in the yard or walking them on a leash depending on the pet and personal situation. I am not currently offering services in my own home.

About: I have had all kinds of pets through my childhood from snakes to cats and dogs. I have taken many class on pet care throughout high school and have done my own research so I can give the animals I watch over nothing but the best. I have been watching family and friends pets for many years, anywhere from a day to a week to months. I have handled animals of all ages as well, from kittens and puppies to elderly dogs and snakes. Through work I interact with different and new pets every day. My work is flexible so I have a lot of time to run around and stop in and take care of any pet whenever needed. I can walk and play with your pets, just stop in and feed, or stay over so they are not alone. Im able to make sure your pet have enough entertainment and enrichment as well as be comfortable in sometimes uncomfortable and stressful situations.

About: Growing up I've always been surrounded by pets of all sorts; dogs and cats and many others. Currently since I've moved out on my own I have a few of my own furbabies (my three cats Penny & Minx & Cheezeburger) that being said I live in my own home.If you choose me then you are helping me give some love to a furry critter who might need that extra help from a new special friend! I currently work first shift and have oodles of love to give hense why I 3 furbabies of my own haha. Typically you can find me fixing things around my house and with summer around the corner I crave to walk more hense why I think being a dog walker would be a interesting twist on how to spice up my life. Plenty of love I have to give, but I also have the experience of 35 years as a science teacher. I’m well-versed in how animals like dogs and cats talk to us through their gestures. Dogs evolved with humans, and I understand that relationship and how dogs meet our emotional needs. Please read my first four reviews which I received from pet owners that I served even before signing up with Rover. The pet owner decides when treats are allowed, if table scraps are allowed, and how much food to give. The dog decides when it wants to go potty. 😉 Just in case, I usually take the dog out before it decides and always before any discomfort. Snuggles welcome. 🐾🥰😻 When serving you and your pet, I like to send pictures. We can also use FaceTime or Zoom to check in. 🐶🤩 At age 61, I’ve been a retired teacher for 3 years, and my activity level allows me to run or play with your beloved dog. In your home, I follow instructions and do the routine for your beloved just like you would. However, if I’m allowed to give more snuggles, or more walks, or more training than you normally have time for, I’m at your service.

About: I've grown up with dogs and once I lived on my own, soon adopted 3 cats. I've had several dogs and cats throughout my life, loving them as my children. Every animal I meet melts my heart in their own special way and I fall in love every time. I would be honored to care for your fur [or scale!] baby/ies! I currently work part time at petco in the mornings mostly. I do have my own animals as well, but find myself also always wishing I had more. I have plenty of time and heart to give! I will feed your animal the directed amount in the directed time. I will play with your cat/dog several times throughout the day. For dogs, potty breaks every 2 hours minimum. And as many cuddles and hugs as they want!

About: I’ve worked with variety of species, specializing with dogs! I have skills with grooming and training. I have 4 of my own dogs and do dog sports as well! I work from home so I have extra time to care for your pets and am able to move around my schedule. Saturdays are the only days I may not be able to take same day bookings! About: Hello my name is Kylee. I have grown up with dogs my entire life. My family owned a dog daycare for several years that I took every opportunity to go there.. I have experienced in pet sitting. My biggest emphasis while pet sitting is keeping the pet parent daily informed with updates and pictures. I have an appreciation for pets with special needs meaning health related things, because my dogs has a strict diet that needs to be followed I am currently working as an activity director at an assisted living. My hours are 7:45 to 4:15 Monday- Friday. Once every month I do work weekends. I have a fenced in yard that has recently been put in. My dogs are extremely friendly with all types of dogs and cats. I am 100% open to staying at your place if you would prefer that instead.

About: Hi there, I'm Megan 😁 I am a huge dog lover (of course) and have dreams of opening my own sanctuary for senior dogs! I've spent almost every waking minute of my life around dogs (at home and at work), so I'd like to say I know them and how to read their body language very well. I was a kennel attendant and dog walker at a grooming and boarding facility (dogs, cats, etc.) for three years as well as a Pack Lead (manager) at a pet resort for over two years. I have been walking dogs for Wag! for over a year and have a five star rating there. Every animal I work with and have had the privilege to work with has left their paw prints on my heart ❤️ I also have my own dogs, Patch and Stormy, as well as a cat named Pixie and they are the lights of my life! I just recently left my full time job to take some time for myself so my schedule is very flexible and open for more animal time! I have a very keen attention to detail and will take notice if your pet is acting differently than their usual! When I am with your pet(s) they are my number one priority! I love hanging out with them on the floor and finding their unique play style :)
