About: I've been taking care of dogs on my own since middle school. We've always had a family dog in the household as well as friends and neighbors who would need help with their little ones. I have a BS in Animal Science, have worked as an emergency vet assistant/triage tech for the last 3 years, and have some professional dog training experience. I got my own dog when I was in high school. I currently own 2 well-mannered dogs, a hunting labrador and a scent detection pit-mix. I currently work from home, so I will be able to accommodate any schedule your pet may need. My own dogs recieve 2 feedings per day (5am and 5pm). We often take a morning walk (typically no less than 1-2 miles, less if I am walking a young puppy or senior dog with mobility issues). Also evening walks if weather is appropriate. I do not allow my dogs to do strenuous activity or rough play right after a meal. The yard is not fenced, so dogs will be on leash or long-line and fully supervised when outside the home. For off-lead outdoor fun we will take trips to the local dog park (not a very heavily trafficed dog park, usually empty). I have experience providing oral and subcutaneous medication to pets, should your pet need medication while in my care.

I currently have three rescue dogs and one rescue cat. I understand that every pet is different in their comfort level with humans. I will work with your pet, at their comfort level, to ensure we create a positive and safe relationship. If possible, I'd be happy to set up play dates with other dogs as well! Leashes and harnesses are what I use for my pets, but I'm open to walking your pet how they walk best.
About: I have worked with numerous animals since I was 5 years old. I have owned chickens, rabbits, horses, dogs, and cats my entire life. I am a 4-H leader where I teach children how to train dogs and I help them show and prepare their animals at fair. I also show my own animals at the fair. Additionally, I have pet sat for numerous family members over the years as well as friends. I will always be there for your pet and I will make sure they are well taken care of and loved just like they are my own. I am a teacher who is currently on summer break. So my schedule is pretty open during the summer and I have a lot of availability. During the school year, most of my weekends are free as well as when we have breaks. I am flexible and willing to make things work for you! I live on a little hobby farm with my husband. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats who are very friendly. I have everything needed in my home to take care of a dog including a kennel if needed as well as tie outs. We have a lake that is 5 minutes from our house and if your dog loves to swim, I would be happy to take them. I take my dogs all over in the summer and I would make sure your pet gets a lot of attention and exercise as well. Additionally, we have a huge barn and fenced in pasture as well as rabbit hutches in the barn and a chicken coop! Whatever animal you have they can be comfortable at my property. Additionally, if you feel better about your animal staying at home, I am happy to accommodate to that as well.

If you have plants that need watering, mail, or packages that need to be brought in, I can help with that too! I'm retired and love traveling around Wisconsin and the world. Slow traveling is my favorite. I can explore new neighborhoods, cities, and local attractions without being rushed. I will follow your directions for your house and loved ones. Let me know the extra duties like watering, mail, or garbage routine. The house is left cleaner than I found it.
About: I have been an emergency and critical care veterinary technician for 10 years so I’m very comfortable with senior pets or pets with medical needs. I work relief at two pet hospitals and have 3 children so no 2 days looks alike for me and that’s how I like it. I love to be outdoors and love finding new places to walk and explore with my little crew. I live in the country so my backyard includes trials, fields, and woods to play in. I also love to travel so I know how stressful it is to leave your pup with someone else so I’ll be sure to send lots of pictures and as many updates as you’d like! I work relief/per diem at multiple emergency pet hospitals and I have 3 kids so not one single day looks like the next. My schedule is set about 2 months in advance so just ask about days you need! I have a very low key beagle and 3 small children that are good with dogs. We live in the county so there is lots of room and trails to explore.

My biggest emphasis while pet sitting is keeping the pet parent daily informed with updates and pictures. About: For years I have walked and taken care of my neighborhoods dogs. I even had a dog myself and would take him on walks everyday. I now have a cat with my significant other and love playing with him. When I get home from work I like to go on walks, but I miss walking my late dog so walking and taking care of someone else animal would make me happy and also them. Making sure the yard is safe and doors or fences are close before letting the animals out. Making sure everything is put away and not in reach of the animals unless it is their toys or things meant for them.

About: I've been taking care of pets since I was 8, it started with a cat and grew to dogs and snakes and more, working with animals is my dream job. I work factory Monday through Friday but Friday night into Sunday I am available for pet care. I have 2 cats and a dog at my own home, but I am more than happy to dog sit at others homes. I make sure my cats litter boxes are kept clean, I keep their food bowls filled, and I keep their water filled. I walk my dog a lot and I take her out every couple hours to use the bathroom.
