She sent regular updates and photos, letting me know Kenzie was doing well, which truly helped put my mind at ease. She went above and beyond to make both me and Kenzie feel comfortable during our time apart. Kenzie can be a handful, especially since she’s blind, but Jingming made sure she stayed on her routine, ate well, and felt at home. She even used a camera so she could check in and see how Kenzie was doing, including how she slept she forwards them to me. Our flight was unexpectedly delayed, I reached out to see if she could keep Kenzie for one more day—and without hesitation, she said yes. That flexibility and kindness meant so much. I’m so grateful for the care, patience, and thoughtfulness Jingming showed. I highly recommend her and will absolutely go back to her again!”

I know at one point our dog refused to eat the food we sent, but Adam and Jill made sure he was fed and gave him other food he was willing to eat. Marylee was super communicative while we were gone and sent us photos twice a day which I loved receiving. Marylee was also very accommodating and flexible as there was an unexpected schedule change we needed to make right before our date. She was very quick to respond which also made me feel confident. Cosmo is our third baby (after two human babies) and we felt so good leaving him in her care. Looking forward to him having more future stays with Marylee. Cosmo had an absolute ball. He was exhausted when he came back and slept for a whole day when he came back (lol!)”
