Stress and being off of the meds can create flare ups of sores. Rue was happy and healthy when I returned home. Kara sent pictures every day and I could see that Rue had bonded with Kara immediately! I was able to share the daily pictures with my family as we traveled and it was a treat to look forward to seeing how Rue was doing. The human contact and playtime that Kara provided kept Rue’s stress level down and the meds she was able to administer kept Rue healthy.
