About: What sets me apart is the love and attention I give to every pet I care for. I treat every animal like they are my own and take the time to learn their personality, routines, and individual needs. I’m patient, responsible, and always want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel comfortable and confident in my care. I’m currently a ysu student commuting from home in the Austintown area. I work in home health care 2-4 times a week. I have lots of free time to care for your pets! I care for every pet as if they were my own. In a client’s home, I follow their normal routine and any specific instructions they provide for feeding, medications, walks, playtime, and bedtime. I make sure they have fresh food and water, plenty of attention, and a clean and comfortable space. I also give pets the time they need to feel comfortable with me and always respect their personality and boundaries. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs, cats, and other animals (snakes, bearded dragons, hamsters, tarantulas) for about 18 years. I’ve always had pets and friends and family have relied on me to take care of their pets when they were away. I’ve owned cats with kidney disease and my dog has an autoimmune disease, so I have experience with taking care of sick animals. I’m able to administer oral medications, ear and eye drops/cleaning, subcutaneous fluids. I’m a registered nurse currently working part time night shift at the hospital, but I make time to care for my own dog and cat. On my days off, I have plenty of time to care for other animals! I can only do drop-in visits, walks, or doggy day care/boarding at my home as I can’t stay nights away from my own animals. I would always want to do meet and greets first to make sure my animals get along with clients, but I can accommodate separating them in my house between the upstairs and finished basement.
