About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. I will treat your dog like they are one of mine. The area I live in is a very clean, non smoking condo. I live in the Canfield area. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs, cats, and other animals (snakes, bearded dragons, hamsters, tarantulas) for about 18 years. I’ve always had pets and friends and family have relied on me to take care of their pets when they were away. I’ve owned cats with kidney disease and my dog has an autoimmune disease, so I have experience with taking care of sick animals. I’m able to administer oral medications, ear and eye drops/cleaning, subcutaneous fluids. I’m a registered nurse currently working part time night shift at the hospital, but I make time to care for my own dog and cat. On my days off, I have plenty of time to care for other animals! I can only do drop-in visits, walks, or doggy day care/boarding at my home as I can’t stay nights away from my own animals. I would always want to do meet and greets first to make sure my animals get along with clients, but I can accommodate separating them in my house between the upstairs and finished basement.

She is a trainer, a groomer and very active in the dog world. She is perfectly set up to handle multiple dogs. She has a nice fenced in, shaded backyard that is very private. About: Growing up I always had dogs. They were always considered another member of our family. We always trained our own puppies. I've taken care of family members dogs before and puppy sitted in the past. I am a dog mom of two dogs currently. I love dogs and their unique personalities. I love to be outdoors so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups. I'm available evenings during the week and all day on Friday through Sunday. But im always flexible so just let me know what you need and we can work things out to fit your pets needs. Making them feel at home and loved will be my number one priority. I have a fenced in yard and 2 fur babies that will keep your dogs company. Or I can easily crate your dog if needed or I can separate them from my fur babies in another fenced in area. Whatever you prefer I can arrange.

Jalaina did a great job looking after my dog Baxter. Typically, I board him with a kennel, but he hates being in a cage and restricted. Jalaina was all I could have hoped for. She sent numerous pictures of Baxter that allowed me to have peace of mind when I needed a last minute sitter and a “homey” environment for Baxter. He warmed up to her immediately and even got comfy on her couch. Also, she walked him daily and when I picked him up he wasn’t anxious as he has been in kennel environments. I almost forgot to mention that she watched my Mom’s dog as well in the same weekend. We wanted to board them together because they are with each other most days. I can’t say enough about Jalaina and her sweet and gentle spirit which is why I think both dogs had such an enjoyable stay and I will not hesitate to book her again.
