“Chloe was absolutely wonderful to care for our very spoiled Shih Tzu (Charlie) . She sent us daily pictures and videos so we knew Charlie was adjusting comfortably to his home away from home. Chloe provided such loving care! We will definitely want Chloe to care for Charlie again.”

5. Alyssa & Benjamin D.
About: Grew up with dogs and cats my whole life. have fostered 7 dogs in my adult life, and officially adopted a dog in summer 2022, which was my first dog as an adult. Currently have a cat and dog, so pets must be cat, dog, and kid friendly. We have a busy household with 3 kids and 2 adults. We have a 1.5 acre lot and love to go on hikes and to fields to run. We have an adult home/off work 4 of 7 days in a typical week. Would love to find someone close who needs our services for overnight boarding, doggy daycare, cat sitting, and drop in services. I am off Tuesdays and weekends. My husband is typically home Wednesdays and weekends. We have a dog of our own who loves to play with other dogs, so exercising the dogs should be easy as long as your dog is dog friendly. We also like to hike and go on walks in the neighborhood. Occasionally go to the dog park, too! Our yard is unfenced, but 1.5 acres. We do have an electric in ground fence if you would like your dog to wear the collar for it. My yard is unfenced, so we can do a tie out, leash, or electric collar if desired. We do request dogs be crate trained for temporary times when we leave the house
6. Ashley & Patrick D.
“We are so lucky to have found Ashley and her wonderful family to look after our sweet Nori when we leave town. I really appreciate her updating us on how Nori is doing throughout her stay with them. There are rovers closer to our home but seeing how happy nori is to be with the Doyles makes the drive plenty worth it! Thank you.”
7. Lisa G.
“Lisa did a great job with Gage. We received a call with an update (even though he was there was just for the day). He came home happy and tired out. We will definitely use Lisa again. ”
8. Baily B.
About: My family always had pets while I was growing up. We used to breed labradors. When I was in jr high and high school I would do a lot of volunteering at the local veterinary clinic in Cottage Grove. My family has two wiener dogs (Slinky and Dewey) and one kitty cat (Zackary Binks). My sister is a dog groomer and I have on numerous occasions gone over to help her care for her puppy clients. I currently work a full time job on 2nd shift but am home durning the day Monday-Thursday and am home all day Friday through Sunday. I have a decent sized yard alone with an empty plot next to me to play with your fur baby. I also live down the street from a dog park that my kiddos and I enjoy going to with our own fur babies and would love to bring yours with to join in on the fun.
9. Alexa L.
“Alexa, is a loving, caring woman who has helped me take care of my 1 year old Australian Sheppard since I got her as a pup. She loves animals and always treats them with utmost respect. My pup, Storm, loves her and I would highly recommend her to any pet parent in need of a little help.”
10. Ashley L.
“My first time using rover.com. I recommend Ashley L. She was very confident that she had my for babe under control and safe and happy. I was great full she was able to watch my dog Shay last minute, while I went out of town for couple nights. I received updates and pictures definitely hiring her again are next time out of town. ?”
11. Lisa P.
“Lisa was so great with our Conrad! We were in a pinch and needed someone to watch him overnight with not much notice and she took him in like he was her own pup. Wonderful first experience with Rover and especially with Lisa!”
12. Courtney P.
“I trust my animals with few people but Courtney is one of those select handful. She's very quiet which helps keep the stress level of the pack low when we're gone. Our fearful dog loves to snuggle with her and we often get photo updates. She follows written instructions well including feeding meals/supplements and communicates immediately/effectively if there's ever a concern with the animals or the house.”
13. Kristin B.
“Kristin was great with my dogs! She watched them for two evenings while we went to a couple of concerts and the pups were so excited to see her again the second day. We didn’t worry about them at all while they were with her!”
14. Elizabeth W.
“My dog Sparky is an 8 year old German Shepard who was in foster care for years before my family adopted him a couple of years ago. He is timid around most people but immediately warmed up to Elizabeth and her space when she welcomed us to her home for a visit before scheduling to board. Her open yard and love for animals drew us all in and we knew that Sparky would be safe with her while we were out of town. Her communication is fantastic - she sent photos while Sparky was in her care and asked questions when needed. When we came to her home to board Sparky she was already prepared to take him on a walk to make him feel comfy and less anxious, and when we picked up after our trip it was apparent he felt comfortable and had already made himself at home. 10/10 highly recommend.”
15. Jamie I.
“Jamie is amazing! Such a caring and welcoming person. I felt 100% comfortable leaving our puppy with her for a long weekend. Our pup came home happy and exhausted from all of the fun. Would highly recommend Jamie to everyone.”
16. Georgia H.
“Georgia did a fantastic job watching Daisy for about 4 days! Lots of walks, stayed on top of meds and schedules, and relayed lots of photos and updates. Thanks Georgia, very appreciated!”
17. Jacklyn & Joe D.
“Jackie and Joe are amazing, my dog had the best time ever and absolutely loves their family, including their 4-legged family member. Will definitely be using them again.”
18. Allie B.
“We couldn't have been happier with Allie. She was fantastic. This was the first time that we have ever left Parker with someone, and she went over and above to take care of him and all our other critters. I would not hesitate to hire her again.”
19. Miranda M.
“Miranda and her family welcomed Whiskey into their home like he was their own! Whiskey had been coming home sick when he was boarded in the past from anxiety so we needed a change. He was comfortable at Miranda’s house and loved playing with the other dogs.”
20. Scott M.
“Scott took excellent care of Finnick when I was getting married nearby last weekend. He was very good at communicating and responding to messages, and made sure to send me cute pics of Finnick and his puppy Argus (so cute) playing together. You can tell he loves dogs and being able to provide quality care for them. I would Highly recommend Scott for your dog watching needs! Finn was absolutely tuckered when I picked him up.”
