“Only our second visit but Candace has helped Fern feel so welcome and she is all tuckered out when she gets home which tells me she is having a great time! Thank you Candace!”

About: Experienced former pet owner with expertise in puppy training and senior care—providing loving, personalized attention that makes every pet feel safe, happy, and at home. Working from home lets me give pets consistent care, attention, and playtime throughout the day, while always seamlessly fitting their needs into my daily routine. My home is clean, secure, and pet-friendly with supervised play, cozy rest areas, and a calm environment to ensure every pet feels safe and loved.
About: I have raised several dogs from the time they were puppies. I have done obedience training with all of them. I truly enjoy the loyal companionship of a dog. I am currently on SSDI, so I am retired. I do have a karaoke DJ business, but that usually only takes me away one or two nights a month. I currently have a French bulldog who is fixed and he is very friendly with other dogs. I also have two cats, but I have the ability to separate them from the rest of the house.
About: I’ve had pets in my life since I was a child. When married and had kids, we’ve always had dogs and have cared for our dogs in every aspect, walking, bathing, grooming, vet care, etc. Currently we don’t have a pet, but our house is a perfect set up to take care of yours. Currently we are retired. We would have plenty of time to go for walks, play and relax. Our dogs in the past have used our very convenient doggy door into a fenced area for potty breaks. Your dog will be treated like one of our own, getting lots of love and attention during the day and can sleep overnight in a doggy bed or crate whichever is preferred.
“Kayti was very kind, responsive, and flexible. She sent tons of pictures of my puppy throughout the day and provided frequent updates, which I really appreciated. I always get nervous leaving my 8-month-old puppy with someone new, but Kayti was wonderful and made me feel completely at ease. I could tell my puppy was well cared for and had a great time. Highly recommend!”

About: I’m blessed to be able to work from home to provide your pup the attention they need. Your pup will have two daily walks, playtime in the fenced backyard, a box of indoor toys with two dog beds and a kennel bed to choose from. My pup Gus recently passed so, I’m looking to share my love, cuddles, energy and basically spoil your pup. I used Roover for my pup so I know how important receiving multiple daily photos and videos are so you know your pet is safe and having fun. If your pet requires, I offer baths, brushing, trimming, administering medications, and hygiene needs. I was particular with my pups care and I can do the same for you, consistently is important to you and your pup. I’m excited to provide care to your pup’s needs until you return home. Since I work from home, it’s easy to provide the personalized care your pet needs. I’m willing to customize my schedule for your pet needs. Your pets safety is my priority. I provide leashed walks, and/or play time in the backyard. I’m able to customize a plan that best fits your dog’s needs.
About: I’ve grown up with having both cats and dogs of my own my entire life so I know the proper way to care for them. I understand both the needs of animals and how to tend to those specific needs. I love all kinds of animals and spending time with them so much that I would love to go into some type of career where I can be around them and care for them. I’ve always had positive experiences when around animals and have never had any problems being able to connect with them. I would prefer walking smaller dogs but have no problem sitting both large and small dogs/ any size dog. I would also be happy to take care of and watch cats also.

“Patricia and Patrick welcomed my dogs in their home. My dogs, Frappe' and Lily loved the house and the backyard very much. When I picked the dogs up I could tell they had been well cared for. See you again :) Thank you!”

About: My love for animals started when I was just 4 or 5 years old! I was given the very important job of letting our neighbor's dog out while they were on vacation (with a little help from my mom, of course! 😉). We had two cats of our own growing up, but I think that little responsibility is what really sparked my love for caring for all animals. Throughout high school, I volunteered whenever I could at a local animal shelter and dreamed of one day opening my own dog training and boarding facility. Life took me in a different direction, and I spent over 10 years pursuing a degree and career outside of animal care. But my love for animals never faded, and I've finally decided to follow that childhood dream! For the past four years, I've been volunteering and fostering dogs through Ruff Start Rescue. Fostering has been such a rewarding experience! I've had the opportunity to welcome dogs into my home, get to know their individual personalities, and provide them with a safe, loving environment while they wait for their forever families. It's taught me so much about patience, understanding, and how every dog has their own unique needs. More recently, I've also started working part-time as a dog handler at Best Furriends Boarding, where I've spent the past two months doing something I absolutely love! Getting to care for dogs, learn their personalities, and help make their time away from home a positive experience has only reassured me that working with animals is where my heart belongs. At home, I'm a proud pet parent to three wonderful rescue fur babies—two dogs and a cat! They're my family, and I know firsthand how important it is to feel confident that your pets are safe, happy, and loved when you're away. Whether your pet is outgoing and playful or needs a little extra patience and reassurance, my goal is to make them feel comfortable, cared for, and loved just like they would at home. I'm so excited to continue following my passion for animal care, and I'd love for your furry family members to be part of that journey! Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. I can't wait to meet you and your fur babies! 🐾❤️ I currently work part-time at a dog boarding facility and volunteer weekly with a local animal rescue. Outside of those commitments, my schedule is very flexible, allowing me plenty of time to give your furry family members the love, attention, and care they deserve! I believe every pet deserves lots of love, patience, and understanding! I'm a big believer in positive reinforcement, while also recognizing that every dog has their own personality and needs. Some pups are naturally easygoing, while others may need a little extra structure, guidance, or patience, and that's perfectly okay! My goal is always to follow your routines, instructions, and preferences so your fur babies feel as comfortable and happy as possible. I'm also happy to share suggestions or guidance if you're ever interested. And if all you need is someone to let your pups outside, give them some attention, and spoil them rotten, I'd absolutely love that too! For Boarding & Doggy Daycare: We have two wonderful resident dogs with very different personalities! Our senior pup enjoys a calmer environment and appreciates her personal space, while our 3-year-old Shepherd mix is a big, playful sweetheart who loves making furry friends! To keep everyone comfortable and happy, we're currently best suited for laid-back, gentle dogs who respect other dogs' boundaries. We also have the ability to separate the dogs when needed, giving everyone a chance to relax and enjoy some quiet time. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness will always be my priority. I want your fur babies to feel like part of the family while they're in my care!

Dogs are more than just pets to me they are are family and I considered them my children. I will care for tour dogs as if they were my own and they will make a new friend while they stay over and play the weekend away! I am working for home, so I have plenty of time to attend to all the dogs needs, feeding, outside time, playing. I have 2 fur babies, they are very playful and love all dogs. I treat all dogs as if they are my own, I love them all!
