“I requested services from Amy to walk my dog Penny while I was out of town. Although I was unable to meet her in person, Amy exceeded my expectations. I was a little apprehensive about someone else walking my dog because she is still a young lab in training, Amy understood my concerns and made me feel comfortable with her services. On the days Amy would take Penny out, she constantly sent me updates with photos and videos of Penny playing with other dogs. Penny was also very well behaved with Amy, which was my concern, and that she listened to Amy. About: I've been looking after dogs since I was a kid. I've always had dogs, I've worked for vets and for pet supply stores, and one side of my family is littered with vets and farm type folks. I have a ton of experience with all sorts of animals, but I love dogs the most. Right now I'm not doing anything else that requires me to be anywhere at any particular time, so I am incredibly flexible as far as scheduling goes. I live in an apartment with my 35 pound wonder mutt named Puck, and we're not allowed to have any animal guests, but I am more than willing to come to your place and follow your rules. Puck can also be left with a sitter if his presence would be an issue. I follow your directions and I care for your pets and your home as instructed. I am a fairly fastidious person. I believe in returning your place and your pets to you in at least as good a condition as I find them.

About: I am a former dog trainer at Dog Gone Amazing training and boarding in Reno Nv for the past 4 and half years. I moved to Eureka to have a new start and would love to continue to work with animals. I’ve worked with many different breeds and many different temperaments. I currently have two dogs of my own and a cat as well. I’ve grown up with all sorts of animals, such a horses, chickens, sled dogs and cats. I would love to continue working with new pets and their owners! I currently have 2 dogs and a cat. I’ve also worked as a kennel tech at a boarding/training facility and then moved on to become a trainer at that same facility. I always recommend crates for any situation but in my own home I would crate all dogs and rotate based on how they all get along. Feeding in the crate or separate from other animals. Daily walks or hikes depending on the animal. Cats would get daily enrichment. If weather doesn’t permit or the animal isn’t able to get that day I’d offer mental enrichment such as lick mats, food puzzles, play, training, etc.
